FACING THE SEA, Views of the islands, Large house for 12-14 people with POOL

The house can accommodate 12/14 people.

It is ideally located on the seafront with a magnificent view of the Atlantic.
You will be able from the living room, the 5 bedrooms, the garden and the swimming pool to admire the sea view and the superb panorama on the islands of Oléron, Aix, Madame and the forts Louvois and Boyard.

Located along the coast, in a quiet area, you can leave the garden on the customs road which runs alongside the multi-colored oyster huts to reach the port of Chapus and Fort Louvois in 5 mins. Embark from the port for excursions on the Islands (several daily departures for the island of Aix in Ÿ h of sea and OlĂ©ron in 5 mins crossing) and around Fort Boyard.

You can also put on your boots and go fishing for shells in front of the house at low tide.
If, finally, you are more earthly than a sailor, you can walk on one of the many cycle paths and cross the marshes at the oyster beds to the beaches.

grande maison pleine de charme mais mal entretenue

La maison est situĂ©e Ă  700m du dĂ©part du pont de l'ile d'oleron. Elle est spacieuse et offre une trĂšs belle vue. Las beaucoup de dĂ©tails sont gĂȘnants: les lames de la terrasse se dĂ©chaussent (prĂ©voir des Ă©corchures), le BBQ est trĂšs moyen (grilles tordues/rouillĂ©es), escalier pour monter dans une chambre Ă  proscrire pour les trĂšs jeunes et/ou trĂšs vieux, beaucoup de feuilles dans la piscine (malgrĂ© que nous la nettoyions et recouvrions chaque jour) vu que la vĂ©gĂ©tation Ă©tait un peu exubĂ©rante.

Il y a une bonne rĂ©novation Ă  prĂ©voir dans cette maison ! La maison n’est pas entretenue ! Douche bouchĂ©e, rideau pas bien accrochĂ©, poignĂ©es de porte a changer, robinetterie Ă  changer, joints des douches et baignoire moisis, table Ă  repasser inutilisable, aspirateur ne fonctionne pas
 Les vĂ©los ne sont pas du tout utilisables. Une belle piscine mais la terrasse est a refaire complĂštement.

Maison au calme et trÚs bien située

Secteur calme et agréable entre le petit port et le centre du village. Nombreux commerces et marché couvert. Ile d'Oléron toute proche. Grande maison avec vue sur l'océan, idéale pour un rassemblement de famille, avec une terrasse et un jardin. Manque un lavabos pour WC du rez de chaussée. Dans l'annonce, défaut d'information quant à la chambre accessible par un escalier raide et sur la date de mise en eau de la piscine. Dans la fiche technique, préciser que les lits sont équipés de couettes,. Enfin, il manque une écumoire et des couvercles. Sinon, je recommande cette location !

SEJOUR "SUPER" A BOURCEFRANC

Maison idéale et idéalement située face à l'océan.Petite ville tranquille avec les commerces de proximité indispensables. La visite de fort Louvois est à recommander. La dégustation d'hußtres également! Bref,un séjour super avec une météo clémente qui a permit de profiter de la piscine avec une eau à 22 degrés début mai.

Nous sommes venus Ă  7 adultes et 7 enfants. La maison est parfaitement adaptĂ©e, les chambres sont grandes et fonctionnelles. L'ensemble est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t. La personne qui nous accueille est trĂšs sympathique. En ce qui concerne la situation, la non plus rien de nĂ©gatif Ă  signaler, on est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du pont de l'Ile d'OlĂ©ron. Merci pour tout et peut ĂȘtre Ă  une prochaine !
