Our newly refurbished Chalet is of a modern style with plenty of living space on the the Park Dean Holiday Resort walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is open planned and has a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher. We will provide you with dishwasher tablets for your stay. The bathroom has a shower cubicle with a new MIRA electric shower installed. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to undertake some cooking. A flat screen TV is on the wall in the lounge. There are two sofas in the lounge, one being a sofa bed for 2 people, but the other sofa is large and very comfortable and a child could easily sleep on this if there were 7 of you. There is wifi on the site which there is a charge for and also passes for the entertainment complex can be purchased at reception. We also can make your beds for your arrival using our white commercial linen - this is one of our optional extras.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camber Sands. The park has lots of fun features for a family, with teenage boys, and adults! The service we received from our host was fantastic, the chalet could have been a bit cleaner but this did not distract from our enjoyment of the weekend.
Lodgify didn't work. The Contact did not want to be contacted regarding the booking nor useful in finding the property. The shower didn't work on second shower and the fix didn't fix it, so I didn't feel l wanted to ask again. The site is massive and unprepossessing. I wouldn't recommend. The name of the place should have been the warning.
Vicki the owner was very helpful, providing information prior to our break, and resolving minor issues during our stay. The accommodation itself is very nice, an older style chalet in a quiet area of the campsite, fronted by a large safe green space. Although an older property
It has been modernised with laminate flooring, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, good cooking facilities and modern furnishings . There is heating and heated towel rail, and new electric shower. Clean and tidy, though not too high end. Perfect for a long weekend away or a cheap week away for exploring.
The campsite is standard park dean site place with amusement arcade, kids love them, I hate them! Decent indoor pool ( with excellent vigilant lifeguards) and a reasonable play park. Shop and bar on site etc.
The surrounding area. Best part of camber beach is about 15/20 minutes walk away from site or short drive though parking isn’t cheap at up to £10 all day. Brilliant beach though!!! Camber is a little run down with a few shops and takeaways. We had great fish and chips from pelican chippy on walk back from beach. Quite close to Rye, which we didn’t visit this time, but is normally a nice place to visit. We headed to Dungeness, did the lighthouse then the miniature railway to Dymchurch and New Romney, a lovely day out for the kids. The location is very good for exploring the whole area.
Finally must add, 100% nicer site than Pontins down the road. I wondered in for a nose around. I’ll say no more!
The chalet was lovely, very nice furnishing, extremely comfy sofa! Felt like home.
It was in the quieter area of the camp site which was really nice.
Great amenities in the campsite with a direct bus to Rye just outside. Would definitely go back

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Loved this for a short stay just before next lockdown, the weather was atrocious but we had a great time walking along the beach and biking into Rye, good to have the shop on site too
The contact with the owner of the property was great, everything was fantastic until we entered the property and saw the state of the cleanliness, the chalet was dirty, full of dust and the only thing that looked like it was done was the beds! After complaining to Wendy she sent the cleaner back he apologised and cleaned a little more however he didn’t mop the floor, I found the mop and done it my self cleaning under the furniture I found fluff and sweets from previous guests! The oven and the toaster were not cleaned either and I’m not even mentioning the loo and the shower!
We had a very pleasant stay in this nice chalet. Although we were a bit surprised about the size, it was perfect even for a 2 week stay. The information received by Vickie prior to our stay were wide and helpful. We stayed there with our 2 kids and dog. Took our bikes with us, Rye is just 30 Minutes by bike!
Chalet is in a quieter area of the park, Amusement area, Restaurant, Shop and Pool are just 2 Minutes by foot. Beach ist just opposite site of the road outside the park. We visited Hastings, Battle, Bodiam Castle as well as Ashford Designer Outlet, all just about 30 minutes drive away from site!
We liked it very much and are already considering about returning next year. Thank you very much, Vickie!
The house is very nice, the location is great and Vicki has been very helpful. Thank you!

We had a great time at the chalet. I recommend it
Vicky is a fantastic landlady. Thanks to her precise instructions on how to get to chalet, retrieve key etc. we found chalet and everything else without any problem. She even got us swimming pool and entertainment tickets for Deanpark, cheaper than market price.Vicky replied to my messages always promptly and incourage me to call her if there was any problem. Vicky suggested nice places nearby to visit and she also took onboard feedback and suggestions from us. Lastly she let us stay beyond the check out time, since she did not have another booking for the same day. So kind. We are completely satisfied about our staying and would book again. We were 3 adults and 3 kids (aged 5, 9, 10). We knew that the chalet is designed to take confortably 4 guests, but takes up to 6. Since we were all family (me, my brother and my sister in law and our children) and the kids are so young it was perfect for us. Wonderful location and lovely beach so close. We just came back home few hours ago and the kids are asking when we will be going again ;-) We also visited Rye and Winchelsea which are a few minutes drive from Camber. On the way back to London we stopped at Bodiam Castle (absolutely beautiful). What else to say? It was a wonderful bank holiday weekend.

A very clean and tidy chalet, with everything one would need for a good stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. Vicky was more than helpful in supplying towels which I had omitted to bring (my fault). The area is very nice with a superb beach. We would consider it again.
Many thanks

Stayed in the chalet for just 2 nights (wished it could have been longer!). Very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The chalet is located in a quiet part of the park which we liked. Would definitely stay again. The park facilities are good too ! Thanks Vicki for a great stay !
