Is a Traditional Stone Villa with a unique Character and stylish handycraft decoration.The house is semidetached, consisting of two Stone Villas with separate entries, surrounded by a garden. It is treated with care, suitable for families and couples. The house is equipped with nearly everything necessary for guests to feel comfortable, just like home. At a walking distance there is a local super market.
A welcome basket with local products will await guests upon arrival.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, toaster, boiler, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), dining and living room area with fireplace, large terrace with garden and sea view, indoor and shared outdoor facilities, barbeque area with dining space. The main entrance of the house is leading to an open stonewall space with kitchen, dining and living area with a fireplace and a bathroom with bath tub. The 1st floor consists of 3 stonewall bedrooms, two of them with closets, offering views to sea and garden and a bathroom with a shower.
The owner will be at guests' disposal all the time, taking care of the garden and the overall property, offering guests a "feel like home" hospitality.
We indulge our guests by offering hospitality as it should be!

A washing machine and beach accessories are available for guests.
There is cleaning service, upon guests request, and is free of charge.
Very close to the house (1 minute by foot) there is a local super market offering daily fresh bread, fruits and vegetables. The owner will help you explore local beauties, mountain trails, private beaches (rental boat companies - no licence required - are located near the house) by providing local travel guidance. It is ideal for a relaxing vacation, at a walking distance from the beach.

Why they chose this property

Vourvourou is a very special place for me, beacuse since I was a child this was our family vacation place. The combination of sea and mountain still excites me and everytime I come here, I discover new things and live new experiences.

What makes this property unique

It is our actual family vacation home and is treated with extra care. The decoration was carefully chosen by me and every object has a special meaning or story to tell. The stone, along with the wood create a unique character, as the house was designed and build based on the traditional houses of the area.
