This apartment (55 sqm) on the top floor, offers 4 beds, ideal for a family consisting of parents and one, two boys. A furnished furnished terrace offers a view of the garden and partly of the sea. The two-room apartment includes: double bedroom (double bed), living room with double sofa bed, built-in kitchen, bathroom and furnished terrace. The owners live on the ground floor.
The villa overlooks the beach of Punta Grande, a town surrounded by cliffs of white marl and tuff that is just a few steps from the Scala Dei Turchi. The house has been renovated and furnished in every detail respecting its style of origin. The furniture belongs to the historical furnishing of the house. The terracotta floors, the built-in kitchen, the bathroom is elegant and equipped with a shower. Our house was founded in 1887 as a summer residence of the family and is the first kind in the Gulf of Punta Grande. It has a wonderful sea view with direct access to the beach and the Mediterranean greenery that surrounds it.

Charming on the beach.

Wonderful experience at Casa Ciotta! We enjoyed the light morning breeze on the terrace, sightseeing during the day, and a swim to cool off in the afternoon. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Everything is ready for you to enjoy your holiday. The hosts were great and very flexible as we made an impromptu stop at Selinunte on our way delaying our arrival time. We sent a message a received a prompt reply. I would definitely stay again. It really felt like a home with the decor and care. Thanks for a great time!

Excellent séjour dans cette villa les pieds dans l'eau

L'appartement est très joliment décoré et très confortable Le fait qu'il n'y a pas de ventilation ne nous a pas gêné car les nombreuses fenêtres permettent une bonne ventilation. Eugènia est charmante et très attentive à nos demandes J'ai juste été un peu déçue par la terrasse qui n'a qu'une vue mer très limitée et qui est en plein soleil l'après-midi.Eugenia nous a donné un parasol mais s'il y a du vent,ce qui était le cas lorsque nous y étions, un parasol est inutilisable Cela ne nous empêchera pas de retourner avec plaisir chez Eugenia car tout le reste est super et avoir un jardin qui donne sur la plage à quelques minutes à pied de la fameuse Scala dei Turchi, c'est un vrai bonheur.

Ghislaine e Francois,gentili e simpatici dalla gradevole conversazione,sono stati graditi ospiti con i quali abbiamo trascorso piacevoli serate a chiacchierare in terrazza di fronte al mare e il barbecue acceso per la cena.
