This stunning detached villa, is the perfect place to pass a peaceful holiday away from the normal hustle and bustle of daily life.
The property is spacious, light and airy. It boasts a fully fitted kitchen and dining area where you will find a five ring gas hob with a large oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine situated in the utility room.
The living room has ample seating with two double sofa beds. There is a large HD TV, DVD player, WiFi and a music system. You will find two bathrooms, both fully equipped with enclosed shower cubicles, vanity units, wash basins and toilets. There are two bedrooms, the first has two single beds, the second a double. Both rooms are cosy and have wardrobes, chest of drawers and reading lamps. There is a terrace overlooking the large tranquil garden which is a perfect haven for wildlife.

Very nice house

We had a great stay with our family. The house has a huge nice garden but it was a bit further away from Lit-et-Mixe than we expected! The host was very responsive. We can only recommend the place and would not hesitate going again.

Trés agréable villa

Ein super schönes Ferienhaus beste Lage totale Entspannung

Das Ferienhaus liegt in mitten eines schönen Gartens -fast so groß wie ein „Park“- mit vielen BĂ€umen in absoluter Alleinlage. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, super gerĂ€umig und toll gelegen. Wir konnten hier sehr gut entspannen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und die Gastgeberin ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braucht. Wir brauchten nichts, da alles da war :-).. Zu den StrĂ€nden ist es nicht weit, man kann wandern und Rad fahren - es gibt unzĂ€hlige Rad- und Wanderwege, die sehr gut ausgeschildert sind. Uns haben das Haus, die Lage und die Umgebung sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Also vielen Dank fĂŒr diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Diana & Frank

Super séjour!

La maison est trÚs agréable et fonctionnelle 2 sdb, trÚs grande cuisine, grand séjour), parfaite pour 2 couples ou 1 couple avec enfants. Bien isolée de la route (qui est peu passante), elle est trÚs calme. Le grand parc donne une belle impression d espace. Les gérants sont trÚs sympas et hyper réactifs en cas de souci. Je recommande vivement!

Pour chercher le calme : Parfait

TrĂšs bonne propriĂ©tĂ© mais surpris par une certaine impression d’isolement Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Qui en fait ne s’est pas rĂ©vĂ©lĂ©e exacte le lendemain car d’autres propriĂ©tĂ©s sont dans les environs. En revanche cet isolement relatif mĂ©riterait d’ĂȘtre signalĂ© dans l’annonce. Autre point, l’éloignement relatif de l’Ocean ( 10 kms) Par contre, propriĂ©tĂ© situĂ©e au milieu de chĂȘnes et de prairie sur 10.000 m2 environ. Formidable.

Wonderful house!

We were in this house for two weeks. I always want to go home after two weeks, not this time. The house and enormous garden are great. Walking and cycling can be done directly from the house. Beautiful nature. The nearby beachvillage Contis Plage is lovely. We will be coming back.

clean, quiet and well appointed rental

this rental is in a quiet forested area, just outside of the lovely town of Lit-et-Mixe and 10 meters from the beach. It is modern, comfortable and well appointed. The caretakers are responsive and friendly and helpful. This is a great rental for a family but not for more than one couple because there is only one master bedroom and no privacy sleeping in the livingroom as you have to go through that to get to the kitchen. The kitchen is wonderfully large and equipped for company and there are 2 bathrooms which are always a plus with children! We had a wonderful time there.

Haus hÀlt was es verspricht

Das Haus hat wirklich alle Erwartungen erfĂŒllt. Die großzĂŒgig geschnittenen RĂ€ume machen es einem leicht sich wohl zu fĂŒhlen. TV mit allen gĂ€ngigen deutschen Sendern, bequeme Couchen sowie eine sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche und tolle BĂ€der und Betten sind eine perfekte Grundlage fĂŒr einen gelungenen Urlaub an der AtlantikkĂŒste. Das Haus ist von der Lage her etwas im Niemandsland und fĂŒr die tĂ€glichen Besorgungen ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Wer allerdings etwas Ruhe sucht, der wird hier absolut fĂŒndig werden. Kein LĂ€rm, keine Autos...sondern leben in der puren Natur. Morgens kann man Rehe oder RebhĂŒhner im riesigen Garten bewundern und nachts haben wir auch mal Besuch von einem Wildschwein bekommen. FĂŒr Urlauber die gerne Trubel und Animation benötigen ist die Unterkunft nicht geeignet. Unsere Kids (6/9 Jahre) konnten sich tĂ€glich im riesigen Garten austoben (Federball, Boule, Fußball, etc.) und die nĂ€chsten StrĂ€nde sind gut (10 Minuten mit Auto) zu erreichen und sehr schön. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war zuverlĂ€ssig und sehr sympatisch. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt (putzen nicht notwendig). Falls wir mal wieder an die AtlantikkĂŒste fahren wĂŒrden, dann ist dieses Haus garantiert nochmal einen Besuch wert. Wir wĂŒrden es auch jederzeit unseren Freunden empfehlen. Danke fĂŒr die schöne Zeit !
