About this property

Marianna: House with private swimming pool in L´Escala

Modern house with a large garden and private pool of 24m2 is just 600 meters from the beach Riells in La Escala.

The house has 3 double bedrooms (4 single beds 90cm approx. and 1 double bed 150 cm approx.), 2 bathrooms with shower, a spacious living-dining room with a sofa-bed , with access to the terrace and open kitchen with access to the barbecue area. Everything in this house is designed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, barbecue, ping-pong, darts, private garage and one private parking.

Riells Beach is about 7 minutes walking from the house. It is a very wide beach with crystal clear water and very shallow. It`s perfect for kids! The beach promenade offers a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, etc. The supermarket is 700 meters from the house. Just 13 minutes from the house there are amusement park for children.

It`s a perfect home for holidays with family!



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Recomendable para familias y sobretodo a los niños,diversión garantizada!!!!volveríamos sin la menor duda,excelente!!!!! El anfitrión puede mejorar como encontramos la limpieza de la casa,la barbacoa no estaba limpia,encontramos el baño tmb que no se encontraba limpio,otro detalle que si puede mejor es la TELE y diversidad de canales,pero resalto que salimos encantados de casa,muchas gracias!!!!!

Ett mycket fint fräscht och stilrent hus.

Ett mycket fint fräscht och stilrent hus som var väl städat och omskött. När ett problem uppstod (vid 1 tillfälle) kom hjälpen mycket snabbt. Stämmer överens med beskrivningen. 10 minuters promenad till strand och restauranger. Vi är mycket nöjda.
