About this property

Village house with character close to Haute-Nendaz and 4 Vallees ski area

Large house only a couple of minutes drive from Haute-Nendaz resort. Caters for up to ten people, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with balcony, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a separate WC. Two double bedrooms, and three twin rooms. Ideal for two families, however not suitable for anyone with mobility problems, the house is three stories high and has quite a number of stairs. Magnificent view of Sion and the Rhone valley. Access to garden and terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. 2 parking spaces are available (3 at a push) at the side of the house. The bus which stops at the front of the house will take you to Haute-Nendaz in a couple of minutes and also down to Sion. Convenient to arrive from Geneva airport on public transport.

Mooie skivakanties

Leuke ervaring, net huis met handdoeken en opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst. Keuken met alle toebehoren. Wel wagen nodig om te verplaatsen, wandelen in de buurt is niet optimaal. 15 min van parking sivier optimaal om in 3x op 3300m zich te bevinden.

Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille! Grand chalet confortable et bien équipé. Effectivement, ne convient pas pour des personnes à mobilité réduite car il se repartis sur 3 étages avec les salles de bain sur des demis-étages. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire, réponses très rapides! Nous le recommanderions à des amis! Merci beaucoup !

Juste un petit hic au niveau des branchements TVS , une seconde TV serait la bienvenue. Des mélangeurs d'eau seraient souhaitables au robinets non-équipés. Autrement tout le reste au top

Ce logement correspondait tout à fait à ce qu'on désirait: beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants, salle de bain ou douches en nombre et de qualité, 10 lits répartis sur 5 chambres. Tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisine.

Alles was in orde toen we aankwamen. Locatie dicht bij de skigebieden. Er was van alles genoeg aanwezig in de chalet om met tien mensen een aangenaam verblijf te kunnen hebben. We hebben een prima vakantie gehad. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Geweldig ruim huis op een prachtige locatie

Wij hebben onze zomervakantie doorgebracht in dit prachtige dorpshuis met karakter.... Wat een heerlijke aankomst op deze schitterende locatie. Schoon ! Bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst ! Badlinnen lag klaar ! De inrichting was zeer compleet ! De eigenaar en zijn vrouw waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was echt een warm welkom. We hebben prachtige uitstapjes kunnen maken naar o.a. Mont Fort, Torrent Neuf en adembenemende wandelingen gemaakt vanaf Siviez. Er is ook een leuk openlucht zwembad in Nendaz om af te koelen na een lange wandeling. Wij waren met 8 personen (waarvan 7 volwassenen) in dit huis op vakantie maar door de grootte van het huis, de 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers had iedereen meer dan voldoende leefruimte. Er stond ook een tafeltennis tafel in de tuin waar we veel plezier van hebben gehad. Voldoende tuinmeubilair met heerlijke ligstoelen. Kortom : Een echte aanrader !

Tout est réuni pour permettre un séjour agréable : petit bois pour la cheminée, barbecue, appareils à raclette et à fondue, couettes douillettes ... tout est prévu dans les moindres détails. However, we do respect tenants privacy. I work in the nearby resort of Haute-Nendaz in a rental agency and have a large experience in holiday rentals and welcoming holiday makers.
