The house is prepared for 4 adults and 2 children. the urbanization is a very quiet place even in summer, the vegetation and garden make it the perfect place to read book, sunbathe, enjoy a swim or enjoy the beach just from of urbanization. the House in a few meters have bar- chiringuito (Typical bar beach of Malaga) very beautiful. Very near have several restaurants where you can enjoy a glass of good Spanish wine with Tapa in the morning, take a dinner or enjoy one tea or cup a coffee in the afternoon. Also very close to our house has a supermarket Aldi very convenient to buy. The house is between caleta and torre del mar in the first line of beach. You just go outside and near the sea you can s walk up to Torre del Mar you will arrive just a few minutes walking, there you will find all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants plus all kinds of services, during this walk you can enjoy His pleasant gardens. Also another popular option to go to Torre del Mar is the beach sand track, the local government has made and many people used and liked.,,,, The option you choose will be sure nice. Another option is to walk to the east to Caleta de Velez, in that case a few minutes you will arrive at the port of caleta where is the marina and the fishing port, where you will find restaurants and a good atmosphere some days you can find live music Getting to caleta on foot is also very comfortable also you has restaurant, shops, pharmacy and in Saturday you have a market very popular. Mauritio was outstanding in communication and providing information. The house was very clean and cozy! We were close to restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend!
First impressions were that the house was lovely, clean and attention to detail was as described by previous reviewers.
We knew the location very well so it was in the main, perfect for our stay.
We are a family of four and we just spent two weeks in this property. The house is fantastic, with swimming pool and so close to the beech, plenty of places to eat with a near supermarket, we were looking for a tranquil place and that’s what we got it.
The host was amazing specially Jose Luis nothing was trouble for him.
We shall return
We had another lovely stay in this wonderful place. The location is perfect and this time we didn’t hire a car using the bus, taxis and our feet! There’s a supermarket within an easy walk and the buses and taxis are cheap and reliable. So it’s a great option if you don’t want to drive. The house, pool and gardens are beautifully maintained and Mauricio and Jose Luis could not be more welcoming. Thank you!

Great apartment right by the beach and the owner was very helpful. Highly recommended!
Firstly Mauricio couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was fantastic with all the modern facilities. It’s right by the beach and has a lovely pool. All the residents within the complex were welcoming and everything you need for shopping is within a 5 minute walk. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the apartment and we are hoping to book for next year!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this house for the second time. Great location, about a 20 minute walk into Torre del Mar for shopping and restaurants. There are also restaurants/coffee shops a short walk into Calette.
House is like home from home and is well maintained. Good size swimming pool and the gardens are also well kept. Maurico is always at the end of the phone if you should need help. We can highly recommend this house and hope that we will be able to return again soon.
This is beautiful spacious villa adjacent to a beach. Lots of beach bars in range of the property. The pool and gardens are lovely. The villa has everything you need. One point to note - and this is a positive - the villa is 2km from the centre of Torre del mar so evening meals/bars are either a 2km walk or a drive/taxi, Making the beach near the quieter in the day. Torre del mar offers a good and not overly noisy nightlife. Loads of beach restaurants. Would highly recommend.
The photos were accurate and the home was clean. The pool was larger than it seemed in the photos so that was happy surprise. The check in was a longer process than expected but smooth. We had a bit of a language barrier but got through it. The a/c would not come on in one bedroom but it was early in the season so manageable. The property manager called a repair service immediately but the part only arrived the day we left. We were only in Spain a short timeThe property manager was excellent. Would reccomend this rental. Very comfortable and clean

Amazing beach house
What a fantastic time we have had staying at this Beach House. Everything you could wish to have at your finger tips. The house is 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds.
Very quiet venue and very pleasant neighbours (who baked us a cake). The swimming pool was great for our Grandson who is 3 years old with a shallow end.
The beach is a stone throw away and accessible through a gate in the complex. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at and it is about a 30 minute walk into Torre Del Mar.(plenty of shops for you to browse through) The owner Mauricio meet us on our arrival and was very helpful and was easy to contact by phone if needed. I highly recommend this beach house and hope that we are able to return next year.

Fantastic house, surroundings and host!
A beautiful house, modern and clean, with all needed for a big familiy. Spacius rooms with very comfortable beds. A beautiful garden with pool next to the beach and promenade. Very safe and very clean. Big groceryshops nearby.
Our host, Mauricio, waited for us until 0230 in the morning (our flight was delayed). He prepered breakfast ready in the fridge and an extra baby bed for our youngest. He was very welcoming and was availible through the whole stay. He recommended restaurants and a trip to Frigiliana (one of the most beautiful villages in the world) and printed out our planetickets. I have never met a more caring host.
We went in May, a bit off-season, probably more expensive in july-august. Perfect for us, quiet and nice.
Highly recommended!
We would love to go back!

La playa esta a solo abriendo una puerta pero disfrutamos mucho mas de la casa y la piscina. Zona super tranquila, lo que buscábamos, sin nada de aglomeraciones.Casa totalmente equipada. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que se estropeó el aire acondicionado pero había ventiladores de techo y no lo echamos de menos en ningún momento.

Wir haben voller Erwartung auf Ruhe und Entspannung drei Monate in diesem Hause mit der sensationellen Lage verbracht.Aber leider war die Lage das Einzige, was man loben kann.Einfach und sparsam ausgestattet - billigste Polyesterbettwäsche in falschen Größen, schlechte Matratzen, schlecht ausgestattete Küche (zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr, billige Töpfe, wenige zusammengewürfelte Gläser und so wenig Besteck, dass man ständig abwaschen musste und nicht auf die Spülmaschine warten konnte), liebloser DekorationsOverkill, keine Auflagen für die Terrassenmöbel, in der Wanne funktionierten nur zwei der acht Düsen, die Dusche war undicht, der Kamin ein Fake u.v.m. - wurde das Haus keineswegs dem Preis gerecht. Unzählige Ameisenstraßen führten durchs Haus. Es durfte kein Krümel irgendwo liegen bleiben, da war der Fußboden oder Tisch in kürzester Zeit schwarz.Am ärgerlichsten jedoch war, dass wir im Vorfeld nicht darauf hingewiesen wurden, dass wir vom 1. bis fast letzten Tag auf einer Baustelle wohnen würden: das Haus an unserer Seite wurde komplett saniert. Stemmen, Bohren, Schleifen tagtäglich direkt Wand an Wand. Eine Preisreduzierung gab es nicht. Der Gast interessierte nicht. Riesige Bauarbeiten am Pool toppten dann noch die ungastliche Situation.Alle Gäste schimpften, waren dem Lärm aber meist nur jeweils eine Woche ausgesetzt. Drei Monate im Lärm und Dreck und die Einfachheit der Ausstattung ließen uns trotzdem nicht verzagen. Wir genossen die Zeit in der Sonne und am Meer

On October 5, almost two months before the date of your reservation, taking advantage of a visit from you in the area, you asked us to visit the house. We did the impossible so that they could visit it prior to their stay even having a check-in out and check-in that day.
From our side there was nothing to hide and delighted that you visited the house and you were shown in detail and we answered your questions.
After your visit, the objective data is that you continued with the reservation ahead scheduled for December 1.
At the beginning of their stay I received a first message from you through VRBO where they told us that they were thinking of making a reservation for next year for four months because they were very well in the house.
I regret that something external to us such as the remodeling of a neighbor's house ends with such a negative assessment and although of course it is respectable in our opinion it is biased and without constructive spirit.
I want to point out that in the three months of your stay, you initiated three messages through VRBO, one was the one described above for a possible new reservation and two other messages, one on January 14 and another on February 8 in both cases to complain harshly about the remodeling of the new neighbor's house and even pointing to the gardeners who were doing their work on a Saturday; On both occasions I quickly met personally with the neighbor to ask him to please delay or paralyze his work based on your complaints, to which the neighbor responded very well, paralyzing or minimize the activity most of the time in January and the second time practically until his departure at the end of February; The other tenants who were staying in the house next to you have not reported any complaints, although I understand that the reform would have bothered him at some point, but he understood the situation that had arisen.
We also want to emphasize that this reservation has been difficult for us, as what bothered you was beyond our control, and ultimately, communication has been difficult.
As I have already clarified, We didn't know that the new neighbor was planning to renovate his house, much less when he planned to do it or how extensive the renovation would be.
Although your opinion is always very respectable, we would also like to give our detailed assessment of the content of your assessment in its various points in an objective way.
It is true that everything can be improved, we know that we are not perfect, but we try to work with pleasure and enthusiasm doing things to the best of our ability.
We try to make our houses functional and comfortable, the mattresses are from IKEA or the FLEX brand, although everyone can have their preferences for hardness or typology.
"Exaggerated decoration" our house has a simple and cozy decoration so we understand that it will refer to the details that we bought expressly for you and that we leave in a special way for the Christmas holidays with the sole intention of giving it a small Christmas touch to make it more home at Christmas; if we knew that they were not to his liking we would have removed it immediately.
The pans and pots I had in the house were new, were still unused, the cutlery we understand is enough, a dozen cutlery of each type; Otherwise you will find different salad bowls, drainer, fondue, trays, utensils of all kinds, knives, two types of coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, vegetable peeler, microwave, oven, dishwasher etc, etc, poorly equipped seems to us an inappropriate adjective, although we know that nothing is perfect and everything can be improved, our customers point it out as something positive about our house.
The plates are also numerous, there are several tableware, perfectly arranged in its furniture and the glasses, cups and glasses of different types are equally numerous.
It is true that some model or glass or cups is unmatched because Some glasses or cups may break with use, we try to replace it the same or as similar as possible and from time to time we renew them completely.
The garden chairs are made of textilene like the 4 sun loungers that are available in the garden, it is a flexible, breathable and comfortable material that does not need cushions and is also more hygienic since it washes well and we must think about functionality and cleanliness.
Of all the following we did not receive any message or complaint from you during your stay so it is the first news we have about the next; ants, if we had known we would have come quickly with a special product that paralyzes the problem, unfortunately the drought of these years ago has caused ants to proliferate throughout the coast of Malaga even in the buildings on its highest floors.
The shower was leaking, Had we known, we would have tried to fix it if it was wrong; But the day after you departure another family came in and it was not leaking and we have not been reported anything, perhaps it would leak because the selector was not in the correct position and some drops may fall if this is the case.
The jets of the bathtub can be opened, regulated or closed, We would have told you anyway if we had known., although this service will no longer be advertised as equipment of the house because a full bathtub is many liters of water and here in this area we have to take care of this resource and contribute to have availability of this precious asset.
The chimney is not fake; As we mentioned to you upon your arrival, it is not advertised as household equipment and its use is not allowed; The house has heating, For safety and hygiene reasons, this is a restriction we have established.
A small gesture of recognition in your comment would have been appreciated, especially at our personal disposal. To respond to your request, we spent several days and many trips around Malaga looking for two new desks and an office chair that would fit in the available space where you wanted a workspace, as well as other small things not worth mentioning.

Härlig saltvattenpool några meter från uteplatsen och 50 m, max, till havet och flera trevliga Chiringuitos där den närmsta var den bästa.
La casa es muy cómoda y moderna, no le falta ningún detalle. La situación es inmejorable, con la playa a un paso y la piscina muy cuidada y con pocos vecinos.
La zona es super tranquila, pero a pocos metros hay de todo: supermercados, chiringuitos, restaurantes...

We voelden ons Bevoorrecht om hier te mogen verblijven. Geweldig “parkje”. Binnen ruim en luxe. Zo fijn de ruime keuken, de relaxstoelen met voetenbankje. Alles schoon, voldoende handdoeken. Lekker ruim en niet te veel overbodige spullen. Veel kastruimte. We vonden alleen de matrassen wat minder..
TOP!! Een ander woord kan ik niet bedenken voor deze vakantie van een week in het huis op het strand
2 jaar geleden zouden mijn vriendinnen en ik naar deze accommodatie gaan, maar door Corona is dat uitgesteld tot afgelopen week. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep altijd super! Hij reageerde snel en adequaat en altijd bereid te helpen. De omgeving van het complex waar het huis bij hoort, is prachtig! Alles is op loopafstand. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht! Wij komen zeker nog s terug!
We had an amazing time staying at this wonderful villa. Mauricio was very welcoming and the villa is in a perfect location on the beach and within easy reach of bars and restaurants. Although we had a car we caught the bus from Caleta to Malaga for a great day trip with a long lunch! However, the villa itself is immaculate, quiet and well appointed so you really don't need to go anywhere!
