The Villa dei Melograni

Villa with swimming pool, immersed in the Apulian countryside and surrounded by ancient centuries-old olive groves, a stone's throw from the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto, Ostuni and Brindisi airport.

The villa has a living / dining room with a central fireplace that is lit during the cold season, creating a magical atmosphere that enchants even the most demanding guests and double doors that open onto the beautiful pine forest that surrounds the house. In the part in front of the villa we find the swimming pool which can be used from the beginning of June to the end of September. The villa has 6 +1 beds (3 bedrooms). Two double bedrooms and a bedroom with 2 two single beds. All rooms are spacious and well furnished in a modern minimalist style. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.
There are 2 bathrooms with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen has a large hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. An iron with iron is also available. The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room and safe. The villa is surrounded by large open spaces with sun beds in the pool area, sofas on the terraces, parking and a well-kept garden with barbecue area and an external annex. Here in the tranquility and privacy you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the beautiful natural landscape. This is the ideal place for the dream vacation.
