Cuscowilla Villa - 3 Bedroom/3 Bath - On Lake Oconee with Boat Slip

Tuscan-inspired, waterfront Villa # 417 at Lake Oconee in the private gated Cuscowilla Community. We completed a major renovation this winter and looks great. Sleeps 10 very comfortably. We are located on Lake Oconee with a private boat slip directly behind the property. If you plan to use our boat slip, this MUST be pre-arranged with owner due to limited space. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. Easy access to the historical town of Madison and Greensboro, local shopping, restaurants and the Ritz Carlton.

**** Please note that Cuscowilla is a private club and as of now, access is not available to any of the Cuscowilla facilities for rental guests. The primary renter must be 30 years or older to book this property.***

The villa has 1 bedroom upstairs with 2 queen size beds, 1 twin bed and bath. You can open the french doors out to the lake and the 2nd floor patio with TV and hanging couch. Main floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 queens, 1 twin and1 king size bed. The main floor has a kitchen, family room, sun room and large deck.

This is a NON SMOKING unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars and marijuana inside or on the deck/balcony. Any evidence of smoking on this property will result in a $250 fine. Any evidence of marijuana will result the group’s immediate eviction from the property with no refund

Lake Oconee condo

We were planning a golf trip with our grand sons but unfortunately they got sick the night before and couldn’t’ come. We were expecting a two bedroom condo. The unit we rented was a one bedroom with a separate one bedroom across a short hallway. While this arrangement would be fine for adults or teenagers, it would not work to have smaller child separated by 2 lock doors and a hallway. Unit was clean and neat, kitchen is very small and is equipped for really about 2. Owners were nice to open up another unoccupied unit so we could use washer and dryer. Unit overall could use a good updating but was cheaper than other units we checked.

The accommodations were excellent. Plenty of room for the family and a peaceful setting in a cove right on the water. Nice dock to accommodate a boat as well! Owners happened to be there when we were and were gracious and super nice. Thanks for the great weekend!

Sit and stay a while

My sister and I were looking for a nice place to take our elderly parents. We rented a two bedroom and two bathroom unit. We found that each bedroom could have been rented as separate unites. This arrangement was fine for us. We were not disappointed in this rental. We found a porch with plenty of comfortable seating for my parents to sit and and enjoy the views.

Peaceful and lovely location.

The grounds and location are fantastic. It's quiet and private. This was perfect for a family getaway. The expansive deck that connected two rooms was ideal for us. We loved having access to a dock for our boat right outside. The units were clean and comfortable and perfectly suited for lakeside living. Highly recommend!

The villa is newly renovated and clean. The shared docks are probably the closest you will find at any villa on the lake. Jim the owner was great to work with. He was very attentive and great at communicating the details. We will definitely rent again.
