We had an incredible stay here. The condo was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was stocked with enough supplies to do some laundry and cook basic meals. Some beach essentials were provided such as beach chairs, boogie boards, towels, and a little cooler. Access to the complex and the condo was simple. The pool area was nice. We could see the ocean from our back door. Highly recommend!

Our first time to Hawaii and everything was perfect! We loved the north shore with the beautiful landscape and beaches. The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient for our vacation. Appreciated the beach chairs, washer & dryer, fast WiFi, and comfortable beds. We’ll be back!

We loved our stay in Alii Kai 13c. Tried a few beaches but Hanalei won again and again. Such a lovely place. Well located in relation to other resorts, green space, golf, shopping, and of course Hanalei Bay. Great communication from the owners on both ends of our stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This unit was in immaculate condition. The kitchen and restrooms were exceptionally clean and updated. The patio view was amazing. Sitting in the living area and seeing the ocean brought joy to our hearts. The location was also perfect. We walked to Hideaways Beach and Queen's Bath, no problem. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing place to stay!!

My wife and I returned to Kauai to celebrate our 10 years of marriage by renewing our vows. We were so incredibly happy with our stay in this condo. It was immaculate and located in a very quiet and nice community. It was near a market and a couple of great places to eat. The best part was it was only 10 minutes away from our favorite place on the island which is Hanalei Bay. We are booking again for sure before the year ends! Mahalo!

Beautiful Location

Jeff and Shana are wonderful hosts. The property was exactly as listed. Everything was beautiful. If you want to go to Kauai and have a wonderful place to stay, this is the location to go to. We drove all the way to the farthest north shore and explored around - many places to shop and eat. Condo is very clean and has everything we needed.

Nice property , every thing was very nice, and as stated. If the host was to include beach chairs and an ice chest (without a broken handle) that would make a great addition to the amenities provided. All in all very nice.

Best experience for 1st time users of VRBO

We totally loved this beautiful place! It’s our 4th time to the island, but first time staying on the North Shore and first time ever using a vacation rental home. My husband and I were beyond impressed! Your sweet condo was exactly as we had expected based on the info provided. It was great to be able to go and do all the things we wanted on the North Shore and then be able to go back and relax in a nice, quiet, comfortable place. The bed was very comfortable, and the condo had everything we needed. We will definitely be in touch again on our next trip to Kauai!

The property itself was very clean and well decorated and the property manager was very nice and easy to get along with. However, the details of listing were not as accurate as I believe they should have been. The unit doesn’t have A/C which is problematic with the humidity of the island so the unit stayed uncomfortably warm during the day until about 9:00 at night. Because you have to sleep with the windows open the roosters wake you up at 4:00 am crowing and don’t stop all day so making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the unit is on the first floor and it’s a middle unit so we could hear the TV from our neighbors in the bedroom as well as the footsteps from the unit above us. The kitchen wasn’t stocked very well and the beds were a bit too hard for my liking. My boyfriend and I left the property early because we needed some good sleep and when I discussed the issue with the property manager he didn't offer to give us any kind of reimbursement. I don’t believe this unit is worth the price we paid and the description of the unit is a bit misleading.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Walked in the door, and yes, everything was just as the pictures showed and more! Beautiful layout, and all the way down to the silverware, everything was top notch! Would recommend to anyone. Had to contact Jeff once and he was very helpful. Only constructive comment...the directions should be written out on how to use the TV remotes, better. Otherwise, this place was amazing!

Quiet and family-friendly

We had a great time staying here on our trip to Kauai. The unit was clean and quiet. There are two pools on the property, which our daughter enjoyed very much. The hosts were responsive when we encountered a problem with a plumbing project in the condo development.
