Little Acorn is a lovely cottage resting in the hamlet of Lake near Tawstock in Devon. Hosting a king-size bedroom with an en-suite, this property can sleep up to two people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting area with kitchen and dining area. To the outside is lockable storage, off road parking, and a shared garden and balcony with seating. Located in a wonderful area, Little Acorn is perfect for a romantic getaway, in a pleasant part of England. Note: no children or infants at the property

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking in courtyard. Own use of balcony with seating, and access to garden which is shared with owners. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: no children or infants at the property. Please note: The balcony stairs are out of use till further notice (Not the balcony itself).
