COME YOU WILL NOT REPENT, apartments with all around garden, olive grove, orchard, all fenced, illuminated avenues, 600 METERS FROM THE COUNTRY NEARBY BEACHES TO REACH. we are close to Monte Calamita ideal place for lovers of two wheels (Capoliveri Bike Park) The apartments are all independent, complete with every service, dishes, deckchairs, tables and chairs for eating on the terrace, outdoor barbecues and outdoor showers with hot water and cold. Air conditioning on request, shared washing machine, reserved parking space.

Zentrale ruhige Lage

Sehr schöne Lage , direkt unterhalb von Capoliveri und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schöne große Terrasse mit Blick ins Tal und Berge. Das Haus ist zwar schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber das tat def,Erholung keinen Abbruch

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation mit Lucio lief dank Google Übersetzer schnell und reibungslos. Unser Apartment hatte eine sehr große Terrasse mit wunderschönen Ausblick. Bei den Küchenutensilien wäre es gut, wenn hier etwas mehr vorhanden wären, wie Topfuntersetzer oder mehrere Schneidebretter. Es war ein erholsamer Aufenthalt..

Super schöne Lage, geniale Terasse

Die Terrasse ist traumhaft, der Blick in die Ferne aufs Meer , die Hügellandschaft, die Straße ist in hörbarer Entfernung , aber nicht störend. Sehr schönes Grundstück, super freundlicher Vermieter, Haus gut praktisch ausgestattet, nur Handtücher und Toilettenpapier selber mitbringen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Una piacevole sorpresa

Panorama mozzafiato dalla ampia terrazza, appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Appartamento immerso nel verde e situato in una zona strategica per raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il centro di Capoliveri. Il proprietario Lucio davvero gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione, seppur vicina al paese di capoliveri la casa è immersa nel verde e in un punto fresco e tranquillo. Il proprietario Lucio estremamente gentile e affidabile, per ogni nostra necessità o piccolo problema si è dimostrato disponibile ad aiutarci. Nel complessivo soggiorno perfetto.

Vacanza bellissima

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana, e avremmo voluto stare molto di più! L'appartamento è situato vicinissimo al centro di Capoliveri, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. È dotato di tutti i comfort, immerso in un giardino rigoglioso e curatissimo ma il punto forte è l'immenso terrazzo, da cui abbiamo visto bellissimi tramonti e scorci su Porto Azzurro. Lucio e sua moglie sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni richiesta nonche' suggerimenti su ristoranti da provare! Capoliveri è un piccolo gioiello così come tutta l'Isola d'Elba, torneremo sicuramente!!

Sehr zu empfehlende Ferienwohnung!

Wir waren überrascht wie geräumig die Wohnung ist. Zu viert haben wir ausreichend Platz gehabt. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Das Bad sauber und nicht zu klein. Im Schlafzimmer haben wir das Beistellbett für unseren jüngsten untergebracht und es war trotzdem nicht zu eng. Die rund 40 qm große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Monte Castello ist absolut genial! Wir haben die meiste Zeit dort verbracht. Dort waren ein Gartentisch mit 6 Stühlen dazu 5 Sonnenliegen und es war noch reichlich Bewegungsraum. Wir waren Ende Juli 2018 dort und es war ohne Klimaanlage gut auszuhalten. Nachts haben wir die Terrassentüren offen gelassen. Mücken gab es kaum. Trotz der Nähe zur Stadt und der Landstraße war der Lärmpegel überraschend niedrig. Die Wohnung liegt unterhalb von Capoliveri in einem wunderschönen, abgezäunten privaten Gelände mit sehr viel Vegetation. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Spricht aber nur Italienisch. Mit paar Vokabeln und Gestikulationen kann man sich jedoch bestens verständigen. Capoliveri ist eine Perle. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Min. im Zentrum. Abends ist die Stadt sehr belebt und alle Läden und Cafes haben bis spät offen. Es lohnt sich auch abseits der Hauptgassen zu gehen - überall entdeckt man nette Ecken und Aussichten aufs Meer. Die Strände sind leider (wegen der Hitze und den verworrenen Straßen) kaum zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber in 4 Autominuten erreicht man die wirklich tollen Strände Barbaca und Zuccale. Wer früh dort ist, bekommt auf den linken, kostenlosen Parkplatz noch ein Platz. Viele Strände haben nur kleine, kostenpflichtige Parkplätze. Ab 20 Uhr allerdings ist das Parken offiziell kostenlos. Doch die Kassierer sind schon ab 19 Uhr weg ;-) Dann sind die Strände nicht so überfüllt und die Temperaturen erträglicher. Ob in die Berge, in den Norden oder Westen - Ausflüge sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Insel bietet sehr viele Facetten. Zuletzt ein Tipp an die Selbstversorger: Auf der Insel sind viele Lebensmittel teurer als bei uns. Wer mehr von Zuhause mitnimmt braucht weniger einzukaufen. Buone Vacanze!

Gemütliche Wohnung mit fantastischer Sicht auf die Hügel von Elba

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in der Wohnung. Lucio, der Vermieter war stets sehr hilfsbereit und für unser Wohl bemüht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat eine herrlich grosse Terrasse mit grandiosem Blick über die Hügel bis hin zum Meer in Porto Azzurro. Von der Wohnung sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum von Capoliveri. Die Einrichtung hat alles was man braucht, inklusive Dusche i Freien und Grillstelle. Sehr zu empfehlen!
