Can Aloy is a Luxury Holiday Town House in Pollensa, Mallorca with a Private Swimming Pool Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town house with rooftop swimming pool, air conditioning, wifi and Smart-TV. Situated close to the centre of the town, beautifully furnished and sleeps a maximum of 6 people

One of the attractions of this magnificently restored town house is its location. A 45 minute ride from Palma airport takes you to the door of Can Aloy near the foot of the famous Calvary Steps, a stones’s throw from the 13 restaurants, cafes and bars in the main square and a short walk from shops, banks and the other local services. A simple transfer by taxi offers the opportunity for a relaxing week of luxury in one of the most beautiful towns on the island with everything on the doorstep.

The interior is beautiful and features living quarters on the ground floor, 3 ensuite bedrooms upstairs and a pool on the secluded roof top terrace. The house is fully air conditioned (hot and cold) with smart-TV provided and Wi-Fi available throughout the property. The house is bright and airy, furnished to the highest standard, fully equipped with modern appliances and designed to offer a blend of luxury and comfort within a homely environment.

At the front of the property is a large, open plan kitchen, fully fitted with all the latest appliances and a separate wine fridge. The attractive breakfast bar is the ideal place to start the day in style with a home-made coffee. This leads into a delightful open plan dining area which is a great place to relax and enjoy some home cooking.
The whole area is bright with natural light provided by a glass-fronted atrium in the centre of the building - the perfect place to put your feet up and settle down with a good book. The ground floor also features a guest WC.
The atrium also provides a natural break in the layout, which turns the cosy living room to the rear of the house into a quiet retreat with contemporary furniture and a large TV. In the corner of the room, a wood burning stove can be used in the winter if evenings get a bit chilly.

Can Aloy sleeps up to 6 people in the utmost comfort in 3 en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the second floor and features a cosy double bed and traditional wooden roof beams. Bedroom 2 is a twin on the first floor with large French windows welcoming in the soft Mediterranean light, along with bedroom 3 which is a double. The bathroom of bedroom 2 has a large sunken bath while the other two bathrooms are fitted with spacious walk-in showers. A utility room provides washing and drying facilities as well as outdoor drinkware for the terrace.

One of the main attractions of Can Aloy is the fabulous roof top terrace (4.25m x 2.40m) with 2 sunbeds and 2 reclining chairs. The pool (3.80m x 2.40m) is a salt based system and kinder on the skin and the environment. The terrace is secluded and overlooks the terracotta rooftops of the old town with views extending over the beautiful Tramuntana mountains. It is the perfect place for a late afternoon dip or pre-dinner cocktails as the sun goes down.

If you are looking for a holiday home from home with access by foot to all essential facilities, Can Aloy fits the bill perfectly. The Sunday market in the square offers an excellent opportunity to stock up with fresh local produce. For those with a car, the streets around the house offer free parking. Golfers are only 3km away from the first tee while the beach of Puerto Pollensa is 8km away. The location also makes Can Aloy an excellent base for cyclists wishing to explore the surrounding area with the atrium providing safe storage of bikes.

Can Aloy, Pollensa,
Can Aloy is in a perfect location for enjoying the beautiful town of Pollensa. Very close to the main square, coffee shops, many restaurants and boutique shops. The house is stunning from top to bottom. Very well equipped. And the rooftop terrace and pool provide the finishing touch. Perfect.

Perfection in Pollensa
This property is a gem if you want the Majorcan town house experience. Excellent location. Uber stylish with fantastic accommodation. Luxury bedding and decor and every amenity available that l could imagine anyone could want during a rental. Spotlessly clean! Loved the bijou sun/roof terrace which caught the last sun after a day out. Right in the centre of the Old Town. Highly recommended from us- thank you.

Great house in an excellent location. It is bigger than the pictures portray and the fittings are of a very high quality throughout especially the linens. The Plunge pool was great and nice to look over the roof .The situation allowed us to be in the squares with in a couple minutes walk ,and the steps are a great early morning walk. The complete service was excellent and the best so far as we had calls and contact when arriving. Also the basics and welcome pack where in the house which was great as some don’t even suppply washing up liquid and loo rolls. We will return as one of my favourite’s . Nothing great house. If you have a car as we did then you just need to factor in a short walk depending on where you park and we always found street slots.

Mallorca 1 - beautiful townhouse in superb location
Tasteful, comfortable, elegant home with beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. Top quality furniture and the bed and bedding was divine! Absolutely spotless and all the tech worked really easily. A priviledge to be able to stay there. They have thought of absolutely everything you could need and the welcome hamper was a lovely generous surprise. The pool area is a bit congested with loungers, so perhaps storing some of those close to the side? there is a lot of building work very close to the house but that is true of Pollensa generally!

Perfect retreat
This beautiful townhouse is as seen and described on the website. It is a wonderful renovation filled with light. All the fixtures and furniture are very special. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, modern and spacious. Very convenient to shops, restaurant's and public transport. Only small problem is the outside space - it is limited but we were only 2 guests so this caused us no problems. I would definitely return
