Ocean House 1905 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf-front

Ocean House #1905 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 9th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms have King beds. No winter monthly's.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 6.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

This had everything our family of 4 could need with a beachfront getaway. We docked it a star due to the maintenance that needs to happen, i.e., cabinet paint coming off, closet doors needing repainting, rust on shower curtain rods etc. Very clean, and the bedding/towels were fresh. Couches/chairs were in good condition as well. The balcony was our favorite, on the 9th floor we saw dolphins nearly every morning and the patio furniture was excellent. Ocean House pool is our favorite in Gulf Shores.

Ocean House 1905 was worth every penny! The whole process was so easy with NO issues! The condo is very clean and supplied well. It is tastefully decorated and the furniture is very comfortable. We slept so good on the king size bed. The veiw is absolutely amazing. We loved being able to wake up and see the ocean from the bed. It is quiet ( not loud partying noise) absolutely loved our stay!

We enjoyed staying in this condo! It’s updated and seems to be well kept, and it was also clean. They provided towels and wash cloths, but you do need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. It’s also right on the beach and we loved that! 10/10, would stay here again.

The ONLY “fuss” I have is that we were not told that the parking pass was cash only. Otherwise the stay was really nice. Clean, beautiful views, and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the view from the balcony, great location as well. People pay lots of money to see dolphins, and we saw them 4 times right from our room

Great Beach View

Lovely place to stay with friends! It is a nice nice, clean place with comfortable furniture and lovely decor. It has a beautiful balcony view of the beach. I would recommemd this place and stay there again.

Floors were disgustingly dirty at check in. Our feet were literally black within about twenty minutes of unloading inside the condo. We never wear shoes inside and that was a mistake. I had to scrub every floor twice to make it acceptable. Wasn’t happy about that. Light fixture over dining room table needs replace for repaired, not sure. Furniture in living room could use an upgrade but beds were super comfortable and that was awesome. Furniture on deck was great as well. Lots of supplies for cooking though we didn’t cook. Lol. But easily could have. Overall I’d say 6.5/10.

Loved our stay!

The condo was so nice! It was decorated so nicely and the view from the 9th floor is absolutely beautiful! Location is perfect and close to grocery store, restaurants and main attractions. Pool is spacious and the kids loved that it changes colors at night. Super cool. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this condo!

This is the second year in a row we booked this condo. Location is great and we love the balcony view of the Gulf. Having two king beds and two bathrooms is ideal for two couples and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the living area. We highly recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The AC didn't work when we arrived. We called and 20 minutes later they had maintenance there and he fixed it quickly. The balcony was our favorite area of the condo. Early morning coffee and watching the dolphins swim by!We would all stay here again.

Such a cute condo

Great Condo & Location!

The condo was exactly as pictured and extremely comfortable for two couples. It checked all of our boxes--a king bed and private bathroom for each couple with a balcony facing the gulf and just steps away from the beach. The location was perfect with it being in a low-key area but plenty of restaurant choices close by. The beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and beach chart delivered by the rental company proved to be great convenience for our week's stay. We would definitely stay here again!
