Ideal for 4 people, between Bandol (4 km) and St Cyr/Mer (3 km), LA BIENVENUE is a 50 mÂČ air-conditioned house (high-speed internet via Wi-Fi and fibre) in the heart of the Port d'Alon calanque, about a 10-minute walk from the sea and the creek , 500 m from the Chemin du Littoral (starting point for hikes to Bandol, La Madrague, St Cyr, etc.) and 2 minutes by car from the FrĂ©gate golf course.
NOTE: For added comfort, a private entrance with a large gate and parking space has been created, making the house completely independent, with use of this access reserved exclusively for tenants.

A quiet house surrounded by an enclosed garden, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, where a greengrocer selling bread and pastries offers local fruit and vegetables as well as regional specialities to delight your taste buds during the season from May to October (100 metres from the house).

The recently opened CƓur d'Alon restaurant also offers a grocery service and sells bread, pastries, catering and brasserie items (100 metres away).
In season, open from 7.30am to 11pm.

A picnic area and children's playground is also located next door as well as a bowling green for the enjoyment of children and adults.

CALANQUE PORT D'ALON (protected by the Conservatoire du Littoral) is located between Bandol and St Cyr / Mer, 8 km from La Ciotat, where begins the National Park CALANQUES created April 18, 2012.
Located near of Marseille, the national park of the creeks is the first peri-urban national park of Europe. Terrestrial and marine, the perimeter of the heart of park extends over three communes: Marseille, Cassis, La Ciotat.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche und die Terrasse der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend. In nur 15 min erreicht man zu Fuß die wunderschöne Calanque. Morgens konnte man in einem 3 min entfernt gelegenem Restaurant frisches Baguette und Croissants kaufen. Wir hatten wunderschöne 14 Tage im Ferienhaus bei Frau Carmagnolle. Besonders hervorzuheben waren die ruhige Lage und die schöne Bucht mit dem herrlichen Wasser. Die MĂŒcken störten auch nur wenig. Hier wĂ€ren Netze ĂŒber den Betten noch eine nĂŒtzliche ErgĂ€nzung. Herzlichen Dank!

Un trÚs bon séjour sous les pins, petites maison au calme, à quelques pas de la calanque et des chemins de rando. Le terrain est entouré si vous avez un chien pas de risque qu'il s'échappe. A l'occasion nous reviendrons car la région est belle et nous sommes loin d'avoir fait le tour.

Sehr ruhige Unterkunft

Freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr erholsamer und ruhiger Ort!!! Beschrieb und Fotos stimmen gut ĂŒberein. Umgebung mit der Bucht Port d' Alon ist sehr schön. Der KĂŒstenwanderweg nach Bandol ist fantastisch! Das Meer ist etwa 1km entfernt von der Unterkunft. Auto fast zwingend, da ÖV fast nie verfĂŒgbar. Parkieren mit VW Bus oder grossem Auto sehr schwierig, da das NachbargrundstĂŒck zum Manövrieren nicht befahren werden darf. Strom wird separat abgerechnet: fĂŒr Heizung, Kochen oder Ventilator reichen die tĂ€glichen 10kW kaum aus. Unterkunft hat etwas feucht (schimmlig) gerochen. Ich denke, dass sich dieser Geruch in den Sommermonaten verflĂŒchtigt. Trampolin war etwas ausgeleiert. Ansonsten hat es fĂŒr Kinder noch die Schaukel, wenige KinderbĂŒchlein und 2 Kartenspiele. Daher eher geeignet fĂŒr ein Paar oder eine Familie mit grösseren Kindern. Das Restaurant Coeur d'Alon hat uns gut zugesagt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ausserhalb der Saison in ca. 5 km Fahrdistanz.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen netten Haus

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Haus hat eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe, die drei RĂ€ume liegen hintereinander, davor hat man eine kleine Terasse und einen Garten. Das ist ideal auch fĂŒr Hundebesitzer, man kann den Hund frei laufen lassen. Man ist ungestört und kann eine entspannte Zeit verbringen. Zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen und auch die nĂ€chstgelegenen Ort sind nicht weit entfernt.

idyllische Ferienwohnung

Es war eine wunderbare erholsame Woche. Das Haus liegt mitten im Wald, inmitten der Natur, saubere Luft und direkt an den Wanderwegen. Die Betten sind bequemer als die meisten Betten die wir kennen, die Dusche ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber alles ist super sauber. Der Weg zum Strand von d'Aalon dauert ca 10 Minuten. Dort auf den Felsen zu liegen ist einfach toll. Die Familie Carmagnolle ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Ich wĂŒrde gerne wiederkommen, wir haben noch lange nicht alles erkundschaftet.

Kleines Haus, einfach eingerichtet aber mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Großer eingezĂ€unter Garten, herrlich fĂŒr unseren Hund. Ebenfalls Stellplatz fĂŒrs Auto da. Etwas steile enge Straße, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Französischer TV und Wifi vorhanden. Zum Strand 15 min zu Fuß. St-Cyr-de-mer und Bandol in paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Haus ist Ruhig und privat gelegen, ideal zum entspannen! Empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour : logement agrĂ©able, Ă©quipĂ© de tout le nĂ©cessaire et joliment dĂ©corĂ©. Jardin avec trampoline dont une partie est ombragĂ©e toute la journĂ©e (un luxe par fortes chaleurs), au calme et Ă©loignĂ© du tumulte habituel du Var en Ă©tĂ©. La proximitĂ© de la Calanque de Port d’Alon, site exceptionnel et trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ© (sanitaires, douche pour l’aprĂšs baignade), familial, oĂč nos compagnons canins sont acceptĂ©s, ainsi que le sentier du littoral et les autres nombreuses ballades en font l’endroit idĂ©al pour se ressourcer en profitant des plaisirs de la MĂ©diterranĂ©e. Nous venons de passer deux semaines au top avec notre fils et notre chienne, merci Ă  notre hĂŽtesse pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !

Un grand jardin parfumĂ© de verdure et ombragĂ© de pins offre un terrain d’exploration idĂ©al pour les enfants, mĂȘme tout petits. La magnifique calanque du port d’Alon n’est qu’à quelques pas et pour les plus longues randonnĂ©es, les sentiers du littoral et des vignes sont d’une beautĂ© Ă  couper le souffle. Rien ne manque ici, et surtout pas la gentillesse et les petites attentions des propriĂ©taires qui ont Ă  cƓur que le sĂ©jour se passe pour le mieux du monde! Et l’on ne se lasse pas de profiter des petits marchĂ©s alentours (Saint-Cyr, Bandol, Sanary-sur-mer, La Cadiere d’Azur...) et des produits gourmands qu’offrent la rĂ©gion. A cheval entre la Provence et la CĂŽte d’Azur, l’endroit est aussi idĂ©al pour dĂ©couvrir les deux rĂ©gions dont l’authenticitĂ© est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable en tout dĂ©but de saison. Au final, nous sommes tombĂ©s sous le charme de la beautĂ© et de la douceur de vivre de ce lieu, trĂšs ressourçant, oĂč nous aurons beaucoup de plaisir Ă  revenir.
