Kitchen – the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, fridge-freezer, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave-grill, dishwasher, coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
1 bathroom with shower, basin, WC, washer/dryer and hair dryer.
10m private terrace with wooden furniture. Drying rack. Pool and garden views. 4 sun-loungers.

Die Wohnung war okay. Alles was man so braucht, war vorhanden. Auf dem Balkon war ein großer Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und 2 Liegestühle.Wir waren mit 4 erwachsene Personen und 1 Kleinkind und hatten nur EINEN Schlüssel mit Chip für den Aufzug. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist SEHR - SEHR eng. Ich wäre da niemals reingefahren. Nachdem wir das Auto leer hatten, stand es nur noch auf normalen Parkplätzen.Kurze Anmerkung, es sind 2 Pools vorhanden. Diese Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und jeden Tag kam Jemand für den Pool.

Nous avons découvert Roses et ses environs en famille. L’emplacement du logement nous a permis de nous rendre à la plage et sur le front de mer à pied. La résidence est calme et les piscines sont très agréables.

Tolle Wohnung für Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat eine geniale Lage. In der Wohnanlage sind ganz viele Gäste mit Kindern. Nachts konnten die Fenster immer offen stehen, weil Ruhe geherrscht hat. Nur von der Hauptstraße auf der anderen Seite hin und wieder. Wir haben die meiste Zeit unser Auto kaum genutzt. Sind täglich zum Strand und hin und wieder die wunderschöne Promenade in die Stadt gelaufen. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hier. Vielen Dank!

Appartement sympa, bien situé, sécurisé. Propriétaires au top, nous avions demandé la tv en français l'an passé et nous l'avons eu . Cette année nous avons eu un soucis avec le lave vaisselle et du coup les propriétaires nous ont fait un geste monétaire pour le désagrément. Très gentils à eux. Je recommande cet appartement

C'est la deuxième année que nous venons à Santa Margarita dans l'appartement de Karl et Michelle. l'appartement est très spacieux, rien ne manque, les commerces sont juste à côté, et il y a même le bus. Nous avons passé deux semaines, et sommes enchantés de notre séjours, on ne s'ennuie jamais, Nous espérons revenir encore Merci à Karl et Michelle pour leur sérieux

Great Apartment

We stayed already the third time in this apartment and we already booked it again for next summer. The flat is well maintained, clean and contain everything you need. And so is the whole complex where the flat is located. Clean, everything is working and is in good shape. We are a family of four and find enough space in this place. Supermarkets, Bakery, Restaurants are near by in walking distance. Except for excursions we normally don't take the car out of the garage while we are there! When there is an issue the owners makes any effort to get it solved. We only can recommend this apartment!

Très bel appartement avec emplacement idéal

Très bel appartement, spacieux, il ne manque de rien, dans résidence très propre. L'appartement est idéalement situé, commerces proches, vous pouvez vous y rendre à pied. Place de stationnement au parking sous-terrain, mais vous pouvez aussi trouver facilement de la place devant la résidence. De l'appartement vous pouvez vous rendre à pied jusqu'à la plage, et même jusqu'à Roses, vous trouverez également une ligne de bus juste à côté (c'est bien quand il fait très chaud). La ville est très animée en journée comme le soir. Impossible de s'ennuyer à Santa Margarida. Nos adolescentes de 14 ans ont adoré et veulent revenir. Le plus, est que les propriétaires de l'appartement, sont très sérieux, et vous aide à préparer au mieux votre séjour. Très bel appartement spacieux dans résidence très propre et sécurisé, place de parking pour la voiture, aussi bien en sous-sol que dans la rue face à l'appartement. Commerces à proximité et sans prendre la voiture, la ville est animée de jour comme de nuit, c'est très propre. Nos adolescentes de 14 ont adoré et veulent revenir au plus vite. Appartement à recommander

Très bel appartement spacieux et très propre, proche des commerces. Possibilité de garer sa voiture en parking sou-terrain ou face à la résidence, où il y a toujours une place. La plage est magnifique, et propre, il y a beaucoup d'activités nautiques, beaucoup de choses à visiter, de nombreux restaurants, impossible de s'ennuyer. Nos deux adolescentes de 14 ans ont adoré Santa Margarida et Roses, et veulent revenir très vite. Très bel appartement dans résidence soignée et calme, appartement spacieux et très propre, proche des commerces, vous pouvez tout faire sans votre voiture, Santa Margarida et Roses c'est vraiment super, la ville est très propre, il y a beaucoup d'animations, des bons restaurants, nos deux filles de 14 ans ont adoré leurs vacances. Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren für 14 Tage in diesem Appartment. Alle Angaben im Inserat treffen auch wirklich zu. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und es gab ausreichend Platz. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr nett und Schlüsselempfang und -abgabe war problemlos. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und alles war vollständig in Ordnung. Das gilt auch für die Wohnung - alles in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und wir können das Appartment nur weiterempfehlen.

Wonderfull relaxing 2 weeks

We have spent a wonderfully relaxing 2 weeks. We enjoyed our holiday in Roses. It was a very beautiful area. The Apartment was perfect. Had every thing you need. The contact with the owner was very good. We always got a very quick response on the e-mails. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great Family Destination

Overall a great time had by all my family. The flat was clean, well equipped and open plan so it feels spacious. The pools were clean and regularly maintained as was the grass surrounding them. Supermarkets and restaurants were all in easy walking distance. Similarly the water park and the beach were a 10 minute walk. That said, the center of Roses is a good walk away but St Margarida has all you really need. Prior to our arrival, the owners provided all the info we required and the managers were also helpful. On our last day when we handed back the keys the agent was there exactly when he said he would be so there was no waiting around when we had to leave. With respect to bars and restaurants our favourites were Sweet Coffee (free wifi so the kids were happy) and Rey de la Pampa. Service was super friendly. We went on the Don Pancho trip to Cadaques which was a nice day out although the water park was the highlight for our 10 and 14 year olds. All told a great holiday and we hope to return next year:)

We are Karl & Michelle. We enjoy travelling and have lived in the UK, Spain and are now in France. We discovered Roses in 2007 when we met up with some friends and thought the area was beautiful. So much so, that we bought an apartment there in 2011 and have been visiting ever since.

We are experienced at renting the holiday apartment as we have been renting since 2011. We continually make updates to keep the apartment in top condition and endeavor to provide a comfortable home from home so that other families can enjoy Roses and all it has to offer.

We think the apartment is particularly suitable for families or couples as the beach, bars, restaurants, activities and supermarkets are close. The building complex offers three pools and gardens for lazier days.
