C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons chez Fabien l’hébergement est parfait et la situation de Thones entre Annecy et les stations du Gd. Bornan permet de varier les activités de notre séjour et puis il y a le jardin jusqu’à la rivière quoi de mieux pour notre chien . Nous y retournerons .

Bon séjour dans gite calme et bien situé

Gite propre, bien équipé et situé idealement entre lac et montagne.Ludivine est accueillante et à l'écoute.Par contre l'annonce en ligne indiquait la presence d'un lave linge et d'un sèche linge dans le gite ce qui n'est pas exact. Il faut en fait donner le linge à laver aux propriétaires.Par ailleurs, la photo extérieure sur le site ne correpond plus à la réalité : escalier et passerelle metallique ajoutés et jardin non entretenu.

Superbe appartement avec son espace extérieur au bord de la rivière le Fiers

Une semaine dans cet appartement très bien équipé avec un espace extérieur très agréable (joli près au bord de la rivière le Fiers (un paradis aussi pour mon chien) . Une propriétaire au petit soin : c’est certain nous reviendrons passer un agréable séjour dans cette région exceptionnelle

okay -fehlendes WLAN und Reinigungskosten nicht angegeben

2022 schreibt ein Rezensent, dass das im Inserat angekündigte WLAN de facto nicht nutzbar ist. Daran hat sich auch 2024 nichts geändert. Wenn man Glück hat bekommt man im Kinderzimmer WLAN. Dies funktioniert aber nicht zuverlässig. Oft funktioniert die Verbindung auch nicht! Insofern eigentlich ein Fall für eine Mietminderung, weil eine zugesagte Leistung nicht wirklich zur Verfügung steht. Außerdem wurde uns eine Reingigungsgebühr von 50 € zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt. Wir hatten die komplette Wohnung vor unserer Abreise durchgesaugt. Dusche und Waschbecken in Küche und Bad haben wir ordentlich hinterlassen, aber nicht mit einem Mittel geputzt - womit auch? Schließlich nehmen wir keinen Bad-Reiniger in den Urlaub mit. Außerdem war bei unserer Abreise der Vermieter nicht da (wir hatten unsere Abreisezeit vorab angekündigt). Sonst hätte er uns darauf aufmerksam machen können, dass er die Wohnung komplett geputzt haben will. In der Beschreibung der Unterkunft und im Vertrag haben wir keinerlei Hinweis gefunden, dass zusätzlich eine Reinigungsgebühr anfällt! Weiteres Problem: Der Vermieter selbst antwortet immer auf französisch, obwohl bei gesprochenen Sprachen "Englisch" angegeben wird. Insofern war die Kommunikation mühsam, da wir kaum französisch sprechen. Die Wohnung selbst ist nett und ruhig gelegen, es gibt eine sehr liebe Katze, die Vermieter machen einen sympathischen Eindruck, aber es gibt kommunikatiosntechnische Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Logement au fond d'une impasse, donc trés calme. Bien équipé, bonne literie. Attention cependant si besoin imperatif de wifi réception pas top selon votre forfait. Accueil tres agreable.

Idéalement situé !

Le logement est conforme à la description, bien aménagé et assez spacieux pour notre sejour. Placé entre Annecy et La Clusaz nous avons pu profiter au mieux des activités autour dès que le temps nous le permettait. Merci beaucoup à Ludivine pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils.

Très beau séjour dans un gîte très bien décoré, au frais l'été...un extérieur appréciable. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé et bien situé par rapport au centre ville très animé. Mes filles ont adoré les jeux à l'intérieur du gîte. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets.

Nous avons apprécié le très bon accueil de la très sympathique propriétaire ainsi que le très confortable appartement au calme et proche du centre de Thônes. Fehlendes WLAN

Das im Inserat angekündigte WLAN ist de facto nicht nutzbar. Es gibt nur ein extrem schwaches Signal (vom Access Point / Router des Vermieters in der Wohnung einen Stock höher) und die Verbindung bricht regelmäßig nach spätestens 5 sec ab. Mit 4 Geräten (neuere Smartphones und Tablets) probiert. Auf Nachfrage kam nur die Antwort "bei den anderen hätte es funktioniert". Eigentlich ein Fall für eine Mietminderung...

Encore mieux que sur les photos

Très bon séjour dans ce logement Agréablement surprise car mieux que sur les photos le petit plus Très bien fourni avec de la belle vaisselle et proche d'un petit chemin le long du fier - très agreable lorque on a un chien. Nous avons juste eu une petite déception car les jeux extérieurs n'ont pas pu être installer a cause de la météo. Tres bon échange avec la propriétaire Chien tres gentil.
