Great summer or winter location. Will consider winter seasonal rental. This immaculate clean 2 bedroom plus loft condo is in a great location in the White Mountains, has mountain views and a loft with a 2nd living area and more sleeping space. The main level of condo features a full kitchen, dining area, living room with flat screen TV, wood stove and access to deck, full bathroom, washer & dryer, and 2 bedrooms – the master bedroom has a king bed, TV and attached full bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. The loft overlooks the living room and has a queen bed, double bed and flat screen TV. The bathrooms been recently updated and kitchen updated with new SS appliances. White Mountain National Forest has the tallest peak in the North East (Mt. Washington 6,288 ft), visitors have many activities to choose from including hiking, golfing, fishing, canoeing, scenic tours, shopping, skiing, snowmobiling. Located close to Storyland, Santa’s Village, Mt Washington Auto Road, North Conway Scenic Railway, and the scenic Kancamagus Highway.
All adult renters must be over 25 years old. Summer Rental - Three night minimum. Weekly rental requires a Saturday check in. Spring & Fall rental -2 night minimum.
