Enjoy amazing Mountain View’s from the bay window seat. New mini split AC system including all sleeping areas. This immaculate clean 2 bedroom plus loft condo is in a great location in the White Mountains, has mountain views and a loft with a 2nd living area and more sleeping space. The main level of condo features a full kitchen, dining area, living room with flat screen TV, wood stove and access to deck, full bathroom, washer & dryer, and 2 bedrooms – the master bedroom has a king bed, TV and attached full bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a TV. The loft overlooks the living room and has a queen bed, double bed and flat screen TV. The bathrooms been recently updated and kitchen updated with new SS appliances. White Mountain National Forest has the tallest peak in the North East (Mt. Washington 6,288 ft), visitors have many activities to choose from including hiking, golfing, fishing, canoeing, scenic tours, shopping, skiing, snowmobiling. Located close to Storyland, Santa’s Village, Mt Washington Auto Road, North Conway Scenic Railway, and the scenic Kancamagus Highway.
All adult renters must be over 25 years old. Summer Rental - Three night minimum. Weekly rental requires a Saturday check in. Spring & Fall rental -2 night minimum.

Great Weekend!!

We loved staying there, the house was very clean, plenty of room, instructions how to open and close were very easy to follow. The club house was fun! Everything we needed was available such as pots and pans, utensils and towels, etc!! Close to all of our plans! The owners were easily accessible.

Beautiful getaway in the mountains

House is spacious with beautiful views of the area from the big living room windows. Great location- easy access to many waterfalls and hikes plus Storyland. Well-stocked kitchen, nice amenities (outdoor pool within walking distance). Window fans did help cool down the bedrooms at night (well most of the nights- we were there during a heat wave and it took awhile for the house to cool down on the hottest day with temps pushing 100). Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend this spot to others!

Lovely,Clean,Nice decor, Great Location

We stay at Christmas Mountain every year for a trip with 4 families who all rent a place. This is the first year in this unit and we found it our favorite. It has a big loft with two beds couches a tv and board games for the kids to hang when we all have dinner together. The master bed has its own bath and everything is modern and well decorated. A small deck and electric grill worked out great. We went in the summer but this is an ideal ski rental and we hope to return again in the winter!

Wonderful condo, immaculate and well stocked!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo this past weekend. We have lots of experience with vacation rentals and were so happy with the professionally clean, well-labeled and stocked accommodations. Helen was so easy to get in touch with and answered our questions so quickly, and was great to work with. The location is amazing, the views were unbelievable and the roads were all sanded and cleared. The indoor pool was a nice 88 degrees in February and our kids loved it! We will be back and highly recommend this place to others. Thank you!!

No need to upload pictures, as the photos in the listing are exactly what this Christmas Mountain home looks like - beautiful furniture and everything was spotless! Location was perfect for our days at Storyland and Cranmore - if you are visiting anything in the North Conway / Glen area, this is a great home base to explore from. Red Fox restaurant almost across the street, Kringles pizza at the bottom of the hill, and many more choices into town will keep you satisfied for your stay. Super market 5 minutes up the road has anything you might need. I highly recommend you consider this location for your Glen / Jackson / North Conway getaway!

Excellent in every way

This was our tenth visit to the white Mountains, from the UK,, out of the past twelve years so I guess you could say we love it ! As the kids have aged from their original 3 and 4 in 2006 to their 14 and 17 now the activities have changed from Story Land to Hiking and kayaking, and everything else in between. We have stayed on Christmas Mountain in 5 different properties and all have been excellent, and the clubhouse, pool etc. are great for a bit of relaxation. No doubt we will be back.

Great place to stay for last minute trip to NH

This extremely spacious townhouse was perfect for our family of 4 (with 2 under 6). The location and townhouse features were perfect for us going to Storyland. Extremely close to variety of restaurants and shops. kept us away from all the North Conway traffic. The one slight negative would be - the amenities for the townhouse (like pickleball court, pool - not in service, bocce court - no balls available). All of these could use some TLC. But it's a slight knock. We'd stay at this property again in a heartbeat and look forward to going back soon.

White Mountains Condo Review

I have stayed at several different properties in the North Conway/Bartlett area over the last 20 years. This condo was definitely my favorite!! It was spacious, immaculate, great views, convenient to everything, and relaxing. The entire condo was spotless !!! The wood stove was great and there are several televisions with cable in all of the bedrooms and loft. Helen (the owner) was great to deal with. All the information regarding the unit was sent in an email to me a few days prior to our trip. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. I hope to stay here again, it was a great experience !!!!! Thanks :)

Terrific locaton for family trip to Storyland

We stayed at this property for three days in July and it was terrific. Air conditioning would have been a bonus for the first night - but only because we got unlucky and it was a 95+ degree day. The next two nights were very comfortable and each room had fans that kept us very cool. It was perfect for our family of 4 - two adults and two children under 5 - and was very spacious. Every room was also absolutely immaculate! The kitchen cabinets were well stocked with everything we needed and I was very happy to discover there was even a hair dryer since I had forgotten mine. The location was perfect for our excursions to N. Conway, Storyland (less than 5 min away) and Santa's Village (55 min away). The scenic view from the front windows/porch was beautiful and I imagine in autumn it is even lovelier. Helen responded almost immediately after I reached out to her with a question when we first arrived. You can tell Helen and Rich have put a lot of love into this property and I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a place in the Glen/N.Conway/Bartlett NH area.

Nice open space and very quiet

Rooms were surprisingly soundproof. There were 3 young children staying in the unit below us and we never heard a peep from them. We had two crazy kids and the people said they couldn’t hear us either. Minutes from Storyland which was why we chose it. The only negatives I can say are the indoor pool was freezing which was a disappointment on our rainy day there and the ground keeper for the property was weed whacking outside our bedroom window at 7am one morning. Helen was very responsive when I had a question about the missing tv in the master. Loft area would be cool for older kids (mine are 2 & 5 so we didn’t let them play up there). Would definitely consider coming back in the winter months. Might be a bit too hot in the middle of the summer with no AC but the nights were cool enough that the fans were perfect.

Heart of the Whites

This is a good location for exploring much of the White Mountains. Stop at a National Forest visitors center or office for maps and information. (Ask the ranger.) We loved swimming along the Kancamagus, short hiking from the top of Mt. Washington, Boulder Loop trail. Take things you know you'll need to the condo: mixer, favorite sharp knives, etc. It's comfortable and roomy.

Spacious, spotless, close to everything

Despite Covid precautions having a huge impact everywhere (long lines, reservations required everywhere, limited dining options), we were able to enjoy a lovely few days at Christmas Mountain. Sadly, the pools and clubhouse were closed for the duration of our stay due to the pandemic, which was disappointing for the kids. (We did not know this would be the case when we booked back in the spring, but not homeowner's fault.) Future guests should be aware this could be the case for a while. We were, however, given plenty of great suggestions on local lakes/waterfalls. The condo itself is clean and well-supplied, and the new A/C system was a godsend. Really great to have both upper and lower levels independently controlled. Linens were provided, but we brought our own bath towels to supplement. Wish we had had a grill to use....there was one outside the bottom unit, but we weren't sure whose it was. I also would have liked to have a teapot, but that's just me :) Overall, a memorable stay in a great location!
