Near the beach and shops, charming Vendee house completely renovated in 2012 including: 1 living room (sofa, 2 armchairs, table and 6 chairs), 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 160 and 2nd 2 90 bunk beds + 1 bed 140) and a bathroom with washing machine.
All on a fenced 400m², facing south, with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs.
