THE EMOTION OF A HOLIDAY IN A WILD SARDINIA, IN THE SPHERE OF SPECTACULAR ROCKS AND A UNCONFORMED NATURE, WITH SYMPATHIC CINGHIALS THAT COME TO HEALING EVERY MORNING!

LE ROCCE is a small residence set in the beautiful Sardinian rocks, in a quiet and spectacular, consisting of two villas: VILLA LE ROCCE and ROCCETTE, each with its own jacuzzi !!

LE ROCCETTE is a three-family villa consisting of three identical units: ROCCETTE BLU, ROCCETTE AZZURRE and ROCCETTE TURCHESE, completely independent each one composed of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom with bathroom and bedroom with bunk bed and another bathroom with shower.
A large French window gives access to the large terrace overlooking the sea; from the terrace you can access the beautiful garden surrounded by scenic rocks where often wild boars will come to visit you; in the south-facing garden there are lovely open spaces where you can sunbathe and a modern mini jacuzzi reserved for guests of the 3 units of ROCCETTE where you can enjoy beautiful views and refresh yourself lying in the water and refreshed by the whirlpool.

Casa ROCCETTE TURCHESE is one of the units of the three-family villa LE ROCCETTE of the 'LE ROCCE' 'complex. has a large living room with a sofa bed, a very nice kitchenette with built-in counter and built-in closets with shutters, where the washing machine is placed: extremely simple and not luxurious but cool and comfortable, perfect for couples or families up to 3 children.
A large French window gives access to the large terrace overlooking the sea where there is enough space for a comfortable table to eat and for deckchairs and sun loungers to relax in the sun; the terrace has direct access to the beautiful garden surrounded by scenic rocks where often wild boars will come to visit you; from here you access the solarium and the modern private jacuzzi, in common with ROCCETTE AZZURRE and BLU
The living room leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms overlooking the garden on the side and back of the house

500 m away from the residence there is a new small shopping center within walking distance where you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, bars and various shops

very nice place

We were there with my 2 girls and it was a very nice trio. Costa Paradiso is such a quite and beautiful place. And Giulia houses are very confortable as we saw on the site.

Costruita con sapienza rispettando la bellezza del paesaggio che è indiscutibilmente protagonista di questa esperienza. Noi abbiamo apprezzato la semplicità e l'attenzione sia dell'arredo che degli accessori, nelle vicinanze spiagge con panorami unici.

Bene, la cosa bella è che quando siamo arrivati, Liviana, mia moglie, ha detto: ma è bellissimo qui!!... ma è veramente bello,... e questo mi ha reso felice in quanto sono stato io ad organizzare questa vacanza.....quando si inizia in questo modo siamo a metà dell'opera, quindi anch'io vi dico che la locazione è stupenda, strategica, in quanto ti da la possibilità di conoscere varie spiagge e ben segnalate dalla guida ricevuta dalla Giuliana. Quando si torna, la sera al tramonto la vista è meravigliosa e romantica provare per credere...... Grazie Bruno e Liviana

Vue magnifique sur la mer

Chouette appartement sur le dessus de Costa Paradiso. Vue splendide sur la mer et les rochers. Les sangliers viennent manger près de nous !! Il faut prévoir une voiture car l appartement est à 3 km des plages et des criques. Endroit magique pour les balades en bord de mer. Petite supérette à 300 m.

Wunderschön gelegen und angenehm ruhig

Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet und der ganze Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Uns ist nichts negatives aufgefallen. Den Jacuzzi haben wir allerdings ausgelassen, da doch sehr viel Chlor im Wasser war. Aber dennoch: Jederzeit gerne wieder :-)

Le logement est bien agencé. L'ensemble cuisine séjour terrasse est grand et agréable; la chambre parentale est grande par contre la deuxième chambre est très étroite et à réserver à de petits enfants. Le carrelage est à refaire et la baie vitrée est un peu abîmée. Belle vue mais on est dans un très grand village vacances même si c'est très bien intégré dans les rochers. La plage est très petite et il faut s'expatrier pour profiter sereinement de la mer. Difficile de mettre un SUP et surtout un kayak à l'eau. Les sangliers sont effectivement bien présents.

Hot tube?

Het huis heeft een mooie ligging met een prachtig uitzicht. Het is er ook zalig rustig, de varkens met hun jongen lopen gezellig om het huisje heen. Toen wij er waren was het vrij koud, een voorziening om het lekker warm in huis te krijgen was niet aanwezig. Het is waarschijnlijk echt een zomerhuis De uitrusting mbt de keuken was summier en aan vervanging toe. Verder was het jammer dat de jacuzzie niet warm wilde worden. In het huisje was verder geen WiFi, op het park in het restaurant wel dat is 20 minuutjes lopen. Tip voor de eigenaar ik zou wat aan onderhoud gaan doen!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia a Roccette Turchese, posto stupendo, casa pulita e mare bellissimo... indimenticabili le cene in terrazza con vista mare mozzafiato... da ritornarci assolutamente!!!!

Lovely peaceful vacation

I spent a few days here with my family and it was a lovely vacation. Very calm and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing and getting away from the chaos of cities; amazing view over the sea and completely immersed in nature. Watch for out for the wind though, it can get a bit cold!

Das Ferienhaus hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden sofort wieder an diesen schönen Ort von Sardinien kommen.

Ho passato le mie vacanze nel mese di Giugno con i miei amici in questa stupenda proprietà in Sardegna. La casa era molto pulita e corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione fornita nell'annuncio. Piacevole vacanza in Costa Paradiso

Ho soggiornato in questa casa ROCCETTE BLU con il mio fidanzato per una settimana. Siamo rimasti entusiasti dal paesaggio e dalla casa stessa: tutte le foto corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. La casa è molto pulita, accogliente e con una vista mozzafiato. Un valore aggiunto viene sicuramente dalla presenza della jacuzzi, molto piacevole e rilassante dopo una giornata in spiaggia. La proprietaria è stata una persona molto gentile e disponibile sia nel fornirci ulteriori informazioni prima della prenotazione che durante il soggiorno consigliandoci spiagge da visitare e un paio di ristoranti locali. Se volete esplorare tutte le spiagge nascoste e i luoghi particolari di Costa Paradiso vi consiglio vivamente l'uso dell'automobile. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo anche con i nostri amici.

TRANQUILLITE, VUE, TRES BIEN

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans la villa ROCCETTE BLU. Les photographies sont parfaitement conformes à la réalité. Le séjour est idéal pour le repos avec un paysage magnifique et le calme des hauteurs de Costa Paradiso. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller la location, idéale pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Nous avons eu la visite régulière de nos amis les sangliers. La location était propre et bien équipée. Très appréciable, le spa ce d'autant que nous étions seuls à occuper le logement (il y en a trois) Une adresse à retenir pour y revenir. Le propriétaire est très sérieux.

Incantevole

Ho passato una settimana davvero fantastica. Con mio marito e mio figlio di sette anni, ci siamo finalmente potuti rilassare, goderci la vista mozzafiato e passare tanto tempo insieme. Casa pulita e in ordine, giardino carinissimo e tenuto altrettanto bene; anche mio figlio si è divertito molto, passando tutte le sere in compagnia dei i cinghiali e tutte le giornate nella jacuzzi!! Consigliamo senz'altro!

Paysage magnifique, tranquillité et simplicité

La maison est très bien exposée et propose une magnifique vue sur la mer et Costa Paradiso dont on ne se lasse pas. Elle est située avec 2 autres maisons. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis avec les voisins. La description de la propriétaire correspond tout à fait à la réalité. La maison est simple, très propre, dans un cadre calme et tranquille. Les lits sont confortables (lit de 160). La terrasse est bien exposée. Nous avons profité du jacuzzi. Les sangliers sont venus nous rendre visite à plusieurs reprises. Ils ne sont pas méchants et semblent habitués aux vacanciers. Il y a beaucoup de plages à découvrir autour. Il faut obligatoirement prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage. Il faut parfois marcher pour découvrir de belles plages. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la plage de Badesi. Nous avons mangé à Da Comita à Costa Paradiso, simple mais très bon. La propriétaire nous a bien conseillé sur les activités et les lieux à découvrir. Elle est très disponible, et répond à toutes nos questions par mail. Oui, nous recommanderions cette location à des amis. Nous serions prêts à y retourner.

Vacanza tranquilla e piacevole

Ho soggiornato per una settimana con mio marito in questa graziosissima casa e siamo stati molto bene: tranquilla, con una bellissima vista, un giardino molto godibile e una piccola jacuzzi nella quale si potrebbe rimanere ore a rinfrescarsi e godere l'incredibile paesaggio! l'interno è fresco e la casa pulitissima! Assolutamente necessaria l'automobile e consigliato a chi ama scoprire ogni giorno nuove spiagge!
