Wonderful Stay

Beautiful home- We enjoyed the huge space, hot tub and close proximity to Peak 8. We didn't realize that bedroom 5 was actually the bonus room with a pull out bed but it worked out fine. Would love to stay here again!

Amazing house

We loved the location and beauty of this home. We had a short walk to peak 8 and plenty of room for our group of 12. The kitchen was stocked with great cookware and appliances. The home was beautiful and had a great, open kitchen and living area.

Spacious & Clean

The home was spacious, clean and worked well for our group of 10. The area was beautiful and the hot tub was a wonderful addition. Ryan was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. The pillows could use an update so I’d recommend bringing your own if you’re able. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great House! Great Location!

Our group of 12 absolutely loved staying at this property. The spacious home gave us plenty of room to spread out...and also the layout was perfect for congregating at the end of the day for dinner and games. Having all bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was really nice for a large group. The homes location is so convenient. The short walk to Peak 8 made it nice for our large group to be able to come/go on their own schedule and gave easy access to the slopes and to apres ski at the end of the day. I also appreciated that the management company was communicative throughout the rental experience. We would definitely rent this home again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had lots of space and great floor plan for our 11 person family trip. The location was great unless you have altitude issues at 10,000 ft. The manager was responsive when an issue came up. Kitchen was well stocked. Some of the towels and bath rugs need replaced. In all, I'd recommend this home.

Good Value But ...

This is a big house in a great location, which makes it a good value. But a number of details (such as only 1 bedroom with curtains on all windows, several mechanical issues, cleanliness, and no comfortable outdoor seating) mandate only a 3 star rating for the property.

Great vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th vacation to the Breckenridge area with our families, 11 total including 5 grandkids. The Ski hill Lodge was perfect, large enough to handle our group comfortably. The kitchen, dining room and living room provided a comfortable gathering place. The home was well maintained and had no issues at all. Majestic Lodging kept us informed on all the necessary details prior to our arrival. The home is centrally located to Peak 8. Also a very easy drive to town.Highly recommend Ski Hill Lodge as a family getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ski Hill Lodge over Thanksgiving week. We have spent the past 8 years in Break for the holiday and this is by far the best home and location yet. There was plenty of room for all 6 (kids 17-22) of us. The home is clean and well appointed, the location is perfect, and the management company was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Nice Property

Lovely home and convenient location. Was a little disappointed to be near so much construction of new homes being built right across the street. Very noisy all day long and very early in the mornings. Only learned of correct trash pick-up by our inquiry to property manager which was different than printed guidelines in the house. Suggest the literature be updated to include correct trash day and that no recycling can be done.

Cozy, lovely mountain home nestled at the base of Peak 8

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is spacious yet cozy, welcoming and comfortable, with a lovely mountain cabin feel. Sitting just below the base of Peak 8, it offers beautiful mountain views with just a few minutes drive into town where you can enjoy great shopping and dining, as well as other activities going on. It is also close to great hiking/walking trails, and close to other great towns for additional shopping, dining and hiking. The home was very clean with all of the amenities of home and plenty of space for a large or multiple families, and the beds are super comfy. Every room has a TV, a game table in the loft, and a game room with a sleeper. You can enjoy your morning or evening beverages on the back porch or patio and listen to the birds, watch the chipmunks play, and, you may even spot a little red fox passing by.We had one issue with the washer which was immediately addressed by the management company. If you are in to nature yet want to be close to town, this is the perfect location! We have rented through Ryan before and he takes great care of us. We will definitely book this home again!

Incredible Home and location

Our family had an amazing stay in this huge mountain lodge home. The neighborhood is awesome and the location is perfect in Breckinridge. We had 10 of us in our party and yet the house was very spacious. The kitchen and outdoor grill were great and we had wonderful time playing games and hanging out in the huge great room. Every bedroom was huge and well decorated. Lots of nice well stocked bathrooms for everyone. The location is perfect near the base of peak 8 but still in a private beautiful mountain side setting. 5 minute walk to Peak 8 base and Gondola access plus a couple restaurants and coffee shop at Peak 8. Not to mention the really great summer activities at peak 8 including the roller coaster, lift to top, ropes course, rook wall climbing, trampoline park. All of us had a blast. Also short walk to various trails and hikes of all levels including the top of peak 8 for those up to the challenge. On our hikes just minutes from this home we saw a lot of wildlife including several Moose, not to mention incredible views of various Colorado peaks. Incredible!! With the Gondola being so close we were able to quickly get down into Breckenridge for dining and shopping as needed. The home was very clean and well managed. The manager was very responsive. We would love to stay in this home again.
