tasteful, comfortable & elegant apartment

This is a very special place that provides all the modern amenities while keeping true to its historic origins and very tasteful decor. Also very clean and comfortable for our 9-day stay. This is a trip we will never forget. Giovanni was very friendly and kind and took care of all our needs. We highly recommend!

Memorable Stay in Pitigliano

Overall, the apartment is very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is located a short distance into the historic centre. Only a few small vehicles are allowed into the historic centre, and the apartment is situated on a small side street, so night times were very quiet. The historic centre is very scenic, but not as touristy as some of the other Tuscan towns we have visited. Giovanni was very accommodating. On our first night in the apartment we had a couple of questions, and he came over immediately to answer them. A couple of clarifications: There is no microwave, just a toaster oven. The parking is free or paid parking outside the historic centre. We did not have much difficulty finding free parking a few hundred metres away from the apartment.

Great location with easy free parking within walking distance. Giovanni was responsive and helpful. We needed help to figure out how the heating worked and he came back to help us after his work. Loved walking the nearby trails. The local restaurant. II Caveau is a must visit, nice sunsets and delicious food!!

Vacanza indimenticabile

Sicigliano è un posto magico, ma la casa e Vincenzo ce lo hanno reso indimenticabile, grazie alla sua cortesia e disponibilità. La casa è meravigliosa, curata, pulizia al top e molto funzionale!

Una breve ma piacevolissima vacanza

Sono stato ospite in questa struttura per circa tre giorni, con mia moglie e i nostri bambini e devo dire che da subito abbiamo notato la gentilezza e la serietà di Giovanni e sua moglie Lucia, nell'illustrarci come e dove avremmo potuto parcheggiare l'auto. La casa è molto curata e arredata con gusto, si presenta come appena ristrutturata ed è molto comoda, anche perchè è dotata di due bagni. Nulla è lasciato al caso, tutto è molto funzionale e si ha la sensazione di sentirsi come a casa propria, inoltre la pulizia è impeccabile, dato molto importante quando si va in vacanza con i ragazzi. la collocazione è strategica anche per raggiungere altre località nei pressi di Pitigliano, quali Saturnia con le sue stupende terme e Sovana, un incantevole borgo medievale. Non ho davvero nulla di negativo da segnalare. Ringrazio ancora Giovanni e Lucia e mi complimento con loro per la disponibilità e professionalità dimostrata.

Fantastic stay

We loved so much about this property. Giovanni met us and showed us where to park our car and helped with our bags. The apt was well appointed and very clean. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was stocked with anything you’d need. We didn’t cook any meals but did have some breakfast and snacks in the apt which was very convenient. The location was perfect! My only feedback was that the bed was quite firm and took some getting used to, but nothing that would deter me from returning or recommending.

I apologize to Mrs. Roland and her husband if I reply to their review only now, my wife and I are very happy that their stay in our apartment was pleasant and I can absolutely say that they too are perfect guests.
