Le petit village typique et les endroits merveilleux à visiter aux alentours font de ce lieux un point de départ parfait. Je recommande vraiment. Au plaisir d'y retourner. 🤩

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Angefangen mit der freundlichen Begrüßung durch den Vermieter. Dass wir aufgrund eines Verkehrstaus erst später als geplant angekommen sind, war überhaupt kein Problem. Das Haus ist typisch Toskana. Alles war in Ordnung. Zwischendurch wurde immer nachgefragt, ob alles ok. Ist. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen. Danke. Der fehlende Stern bei der Kommunikation hat nichts mit der Betreuung vor Ort zu tun. Im Vorfeld hatte es mit dem Support Verständigungsprobleme gegeben.

Ruhe weitab von touristischer Hektik

Wir haben die obere Etage der Fewo mit Schlafzimmer, kleines Schlafzimmer (haben wir zum Abstellen genutzt), Bad und dem Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Küchenzeile genutzt. Die untere Etage war verschlossen. Treppenhaus und Wohnung sind mit Klinker und Bruchstein saniert und stellen mit Kamin und den alten Holzmöbeln ein herrschaftliches Ambiente (einer vergangenen Zeit?) dar. Die Küche war früher sicher nicht Bestandteil des Wohnzimmers und wurde nur pragmatisch eingebaut. Das stört etwas, zumal die Küchenmöbel in die Jahre gekommen sind. Den Herd haben wir nur seher wenig genutzt. Die Aussicht in die Landschaft ist schön, die Terrasse vor dem Haus konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters aber leider nicht nutzen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir konnten nach interessanten Ausflügen in die Gegend die Ruhe und das Ambiente bei einem guten Glas Wein genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett; mit einem automatischen Übersetzer geht das auch in italienisch!

Ein wirklich schönes Ferienhaus über 2 Etagen mit einem französischen Balkon und einer von außen zugänglichen Terrasse in einem kleinen Bergdorf mit sehr netten Anwohnern und herzlichen Vermietern. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Für 3 Personen haben wir lediglich das Dachgeschoss bewohnt und das Obergeschoss nicht benötigt.

De eigenaar wilde een uur van te voren weten dat we eraan kwamen. De eigenaar kon alleen maar Italiaans wat het communiceren moeilijker maakt. De omgeving is fantastisch! Heel veel natuur! Veel verschil in hoogtes, prachtig. Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje is ook prachtig. In het dorpje zelf zijn geen voorzieningen of speeltuintjes. Daarvoor moet je met de auto erop uit. Wandelen kan veel in de omgeving, bijvoorbeeld in Pitigliano ('Le vie cave' is zeer mooi). Deze tochten zijn afwisselend en mooi (ook intensief) met veel variaties in hoogtes. Het bezoeken van Saturnia (warm waterbron), het meer van Bolsena en de Tyrreense zee zijn zeer de moeite waard, alsmede ook Sorano (zeker ook in de avond) en Pitigliano.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit schönem Ausblick

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in San Valentino erlebt. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen um Sorano, Pitigliano und Sovana zu sehen. Auch die heißen Quellen von Saturnia sind in 40min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine Terrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick gehört dazu. Eigentlich sind es zwei komplette Wohnungen, die man mietet. Im ersten und zweiten Stock. Die Terrasse ist im Erdgeschoss. Für zwei Paare, Familien oder Freunde ideal. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich.
