One bedroom apartment with a double bed and option for a crib, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, micro, toaster, and all the necessary kitchen equipment for your vacation. A complete bathroom with bathtub, living room with sofa and led television, dining terrace with table for 4 diners. Located in a private urbanization called Edificio Orellana which has access for the disabled, gardens and the best, two swimming pools, one for children and the other for adults.
We are located on the first floor with an elevator and overlooking the interior of the urbanization from where we can see the pool and gardens.

Agradable estancia. Comunidad muy tranquila y con buena acogida. Cerca de la playa de la puntilla y Puerto Sherry... Algo corto de menaje. Hay que estar continuamente fregando por falta de cubiertos... A pesar de estar prohibido fumar y ponerlo claramente, olía mucho a tabaco, imagino de los anteriores inquilinos.

Our home away from home for the month we were in Spain.

We so enjoyed our time spent in Spain and this little apartment was perfect for my husband and myself. It seemed very centrally located with a grocery store that we walked to. The apartment was clean, air conditioned, and was definitely reasonable in price. It had everything we needed. We were there for a month so we used the washer a lot. We were able to put our laundry on the drying rack out on the enclosed patio. Thanks again for your hospitality and sharing your home with us.

Un apartamento muy acogedor, limpio, cuidado y con todo detalle. A pesar de ser pequeñito la distribución es perfecta. Tiene todo lo necesario para una vacaciones. Nosotros viajábamos con un niño de 2 años y todo perfecto, cuna con colchón, trona. Los dueños encantadores, nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades. Recomendable totalmente, si volvemos repetiremos allí sin duda. Muchas gracias!

Lovely flat, just like the photos. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Flat was clean and had everything one might need. Swimming pool was great and the flat is only ten minutes walk from the beach, main town and supermarket. Nice friendly bars nearby also.

L'appartement était agréable avec de belles prestations. Cuisine équipée et grande salle de bain. Proche de la plage et du centre ville en même temps. Étant donné que nous n'étions pas véhiculés nous étions à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la plage de Puntilla et à une quinzaine de minutes du centre ville. Les magasins et les restaurants aussi étaient juste à côté. Miguel a été très avenant avec nous.

Hemos estado muy bien en este apartamento, el trato de los propietarios es muy agradable, el piso está muy limpio y es muy acogedor, y el precio es bastante barato. Además está cerca de supermercados y se puede ir andando perfectamente al centro de la ciudad.
