Geweldige locatie met alle comfort

Great view from all windows and with vest to enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun. You see the sun rise every morning. Modern kitchen contains all necessities, as described. Delicious Nepressocups device! I Also enough heating, air conditioning. I only missed a kettle. With Lukasz, the administrator has a fast and good communication. Good bed, nice walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. Dishwasher, washing machine is top notch. We have booked again for next year, that says enough. Thank you Lukazs. Greeting, fam Eijkmans.

quel dommage

Malgré un appartement où il n'y a vraiment rien à dire, il n'en est pas de même pour l'accès. En effet, l'appartement est situé en hauteur et cela peut être visible par rapport aux photos mais en aucun cas il est précisé que le chemin pour y arriver se compose en deux pentes très raides. Alors me direz vous, il y a les voitures, oui, certes, sauf qu'il n'y a pas de places de parking attitré et comme vous pouvez l'imaginer il y a du monde donc... déduction... Très difficile d'accès. Fortement déconseillé aux personnes en situation d'handicap ou ayant des difficultés physiques pour "grimper". Notre quotidien a été que mon compagnon descendait chercher la voiture là où il avait trouvé à se garer et venait me chercher. Idem pour me "ramener". Conclusion : Quand vous descendez à la plage ou autres N'oubliez rien !!!!

A good apt. & location. Needs a local person for keys on arrival (owner lives in Seville) . Irritated by a torn fitted sheet, a dying ironing board & the lack of a medium frying pan - all easy to remedy. Certainly worth coming again.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed staying here 2 nights, the view is sensational and just a short walk to the beach. I have listed below the cons and improvements purely to help as I believe this place could be really special. There is no set parking but everyone parks anywhere so it wasn't a problem. Hills are steep for small cars or people with issues climbing (knees, backs etc). While the host was friendly and quick to reply to all messages, we did feel a little bit like a burden at times and wonder if this was more to do with a language barrier. E.g. there were no towels out for us or in the bathroom at all, and when we asked where they were we were told but then asked not to use them all as we were "just staying 2 nights". Thankfully we brought our own beach towels as there were none available and taking another 2 towels would have meant we used all 4 in the cupboard. Our toilet roll was almost empty and I managed to find one spare roll of toilet paper high up in a hall cupboard. There was a coffee machine but no small touches like a little bit of coffee to get us started. Other people had left bits in the pantry which was helpful. We really liked that there was a beach umbrella available and used that. Lastly, we were reminded multiple times of the house rules, specifically to strip the linen before we go. We are the kind of people who would always do as asked, but being asked more than once was unnecessary and again made us feel like a burden. Unfortunately those who you have to remind are probably the ones who won't do it regardless, and you have to be prepaired for those when renting out a home. To make this listing go from good to great I would recommend a few nice touches in making the guest feel welcomed as this would go a long way and to not remind the guests of the rules clearly outlined. Thankyou for the lovely 2 days and I would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice apartment and very updated with all things that you need for a vacation. No problem to arrive with clear instructions. Jurga was helpful for the most but when it was stop in drains he could act different to support in a better way.

We stayed for the month of February and enjoyed every minute. The weather was sunny every day. Very close to shops, restaurants, promenade and town centre. We had a car so were able to visit lots of towns along the coast. Long walks and strolling through the street markets was fun. Highly recommend this apartment. Would visit again.

Das Apartment ist sauber und gemütlich. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden,was man im Urlaub braucht. Von der Wohnung aus hat man einen Panoramablick auf die malerisch schöne Bucht von Almunecar. Ein Pluspunkt für den Vermieter, Lukasz, er ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles in allem,war es ein schöner Urlaub,wir kommen gerne wieder.
