Podere Villanuova near Florence in the countryside
The house is set on the Tuscan countryside, just 20 km away from Florence. It is in a great position to visit many of the highlights of Tuscany and the wine region of Chianti.
We rent the ground floor of the villa, which is 90 smq and has a living room with kitchen, a main bedroom, one bathroom and a second bedroom with a single bed. The house has a beautiful and spacious garden with patio, barbeque and a table for your "alfresco" dinner. There is also a big pool overlooking the Tuscan hills.
The property consist of two villas, one is the villa of the owners and the other one is the villa that we rent. It is divided into two apartments, we rent the apartment on the ground floor. The guests are welcome to use the whole garden, the pool, the patio and the barbeque.
