Cosy apartment in a typical farmhouse minutes to Florence, pool, views, relax.
Tina and Franco welcome you to their property La Tinaia, located on the hills southwest of Florence, 10 km from the historic center and 5 from the tram T1.
During the last 30 years we have produced excellent quality wine and extra virgin olive oil and welcomed guests from all over the world in our farm. Now younger people are involved in agriculture and we continue to deal with tourism.
The apartment I Cipressi is located on the top floor (you climb a staircase) and has beautiful views from all windows. The architecture and decoration are typical of the region.
The apartment consists of a very spacious living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which is located in the attic, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. The apartment is very cozy and cared for in every detail.
This is the ideal place for those who want to spend a quiet holiday and discover the artistic and natural heritage of Tuscany.
The large garden offers outdoor dining areas, swimming pool, solarium and barbecue for shared use. For nature lovers, there are hiking and mountain biking trails.
Tour of Tuscany: in less than an hour you can reach the most important artistic and architectural heritage of Tuscany: Fiesole, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Vinci (Leonardo da Vinci), Siena, Pisa, Volterra, Radda.

Tina and Franco: we dreamed of living in a place where we could live in harmony with nature. In 1998 we left our office jobs and city life in Florence to realise our dreams. In 2000 we opened our Agriturismo. Until December 2024, we produced Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil. Since we are no longer young, we have entrusted our land to young farmers, but we continue to share our home with guests from all over the world.

We are in the hills near Florence, surrounded by dream landscapes. We live immersed in nature but close to the city. We love life in the country but also Florence, the city of our origins.
What makes this property unique
La Tinaia is located in a small corner of paradise, very peaceful, with beautiful views of the hills, vineyards, olive groves and woods. This is the ideal place to recharge.
In this area you can find many trails for long walks or biking. Possibility to rent 2 e-bikes. Our swimming pool has a panoramic view and it is always very clean.
For lovers of art and beauty in all its forms, we are very close to Florence and the T1 tramway stop is only 5 km away (10 minutes drive). The ride to Florence by tramway takes 18 minutes. In less than an hour you can reach the most fascinating and beautiful places in Tuscany.
