Check in smooth, very easy and friendly. It's our second long stay in this apartment, it's was just as described and the views are spectacular. Palm Mar is a beautiful quiet Tenerife place to stay, just what we love about the location. Highly recommended.

We can only describe as an excellent stay.What a little gem of a place is Palm Mar....let's hope it stays like this. Nice choice of restaurants / bars all very reasonably priced.

A lovely apartment in a lovely place

A great apartment with a lovely view of the sunset and a large balcony which gets the late afternoon sun. Really enjoyed our stay. Our third year running in Palm Mar and this block of apartments because of the location and gorgeous pool area. The host was very quick to respond when we had a problem with the TV.

We had a great time at this apartment. Exactly as described, everything we needed for an extended stay in Palm Mar. Communication with the owner was 1st rate throughout the process. Very clean and well presented property, great location, quiet although still near to all cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Smart comfortable apartment

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is smart , clean and comfortable with a nice terrace / balcony. The area is quite quite with a mixture of visitors and locals but away from the hectic buzz of the bigger resort areas - which suited us just fine! There are nice restaurants and bars nearby and a local supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment. If you want to go further afield we could get to Los Cristianos and other places very easily by car. The young lady, Houria, who looks after the property was pleasant and welcoming and very patient when we got a bit lost on our way from the airport. We would recommend this property.

Very clean and beautiful.

We stayed in this apartment in November. We had a really good holiday. The apartment was very roomy, clean and quite stunning. The only thing that could have been added to the apartment to make it even better is some fans. We had a couple of very hot nights and it was difficult to sleep as it got quite stuffy without a fan to cool us down. This is really the only thing that we can say was wrong. We would highly recommend this apartment and the owner was quite charming. Would definitely use it again.

Excellent apartment in a great location

This apartment exceeded all our expectations. My wife and I were let down by a previous host the day before we were due to fly out. We came across this apartment and wow the host was quick to reply and organised, it was more than we hoped for. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from Houria who was lovely and she showed us around the apartment, which was spotlessly clean and spacious with wonderful sea views, she also pointed out the supermarket, bars and restaurants. We had a an amazing time in an amazing apartment, thank you to the host and Houria for making our stay wonderful, we cannot wait to return. x

Super Holiday

A really nice apartment which has everything you need and more. It was spotlessly clean and well looked after, as was the whole apartment complex. Really quiet, day and night. The pool area was fab, although for our March stay you needed to be quite brave to enter the pool - it would have been superb if it was heated! Nice balcony with outside seating where we could enjoy a G&T and watch the sunset over the sea in the distance!! Loads of TV and excellent wifi if you need it. Nice area with all the amenities you need including some great restaurants which were really good value for the quality. Only a 10 minute drive to the busier area of Los Cristianos or you can walk across the mountain if you are quite adventurous! Really highly recommended :-)

L'appartement offre une des plus belles vues de Palm Mar avec l'avantage de ne pas avoir de vis-à-vis. Il est très éclairé et bénéficie d'une magnifique terrasse. La cuisine est bien équipée avec un grand frigo et des couteaux qui coupent pour ceux qui cuisinent. Casseroles et poêles suffisantes. Apart très aéré aussi niveau sdb et cuisine. Endroit très paisible, calme malgré l'ouverture sur l'extérieur. Vue incroyable! A ne pas rater. Stéphane s'occupe parfaitement du check in.

Fantastisch

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war einfach wunderbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten. Besonders die ruhige Lage und die moderne Einrichtung haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Alles war bestens organisiert und der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit hier wirklich genossen und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Perfekte Lage mit einem exzellenten Ausblick über Palm Mar und das Meer. Die Wohnung mit der Ausstattung hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Normalerweise ruhig an einer Nebenstraße gelegen. Nur manchmal etwas nerviger Verkehrslärm wegen Einparkversuchen an Straße mit starkem Gefälle.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check hat super geklappt, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand und absolut sauber. Der Ausblick ist phänomenal und nicht zu toppen. Einig die Parkplatzsuche ist teilweise mühsam. Es wäre schön, wenn ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung stehen würde. Das ist aber auch der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Superbe séjour

Excellents contacts précis et réactifs en amont et durant le séjour. L appartement est pour nous idealement situé dans un quartier calme, avec tous les commerces à proximité et avec des architectures plaisantes. L appartement par lui même est très beau et agréable à vivre (même mieux que sur les photos déjà très motivantes) Et pour profiter de l ensemble de cette île qui mérite d être visitée entièrement, votre voiture de location sera très utile.

Heerlijke time out

Proper en verzorgde studio met alle nodige voorzieningen en een ruim terras met zeezicht. Het zetelbed had iets ruimer mogen zijn om daar comfortabel in te kunnen slapen (twee tieners) maar verder enorm genoten van ons verblijf daar. Zwembad ruim en zonnig ( water wel aan de frisse kant) en heel goed onderhouden, een plezier om daar te vertoeven. Bedankt, wij hebben ervan genoten!
