Beautiful Oceanfront Condo With Breathtaking Beach Views

One of the southernmost Sea Islands, Amelia Island is an amazing vacation destination that embraces the natural beauty of northern Florida.

This completely updated one bedroom, one bathroom condominium is situated directly on the sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer.

This unit is located on the third floor of the 'C' Building at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club. It is situated next to the end unit on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our balcony provides amazing views to the North, oceanfront, and a great view to the South. The recently updated kitchen and dining area offers a beautiful seascape from the expansive picture windows overlooking the beach.

The Amelia Surf & Racquet Club is a gated complex which offers two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the ocean and four clay tennis courts for use on a 24 hour basis.

Our unit is located on the premier south end of the Island. The exclusive Ritz-Carlton is a stroll away on the beach, offering casual and fine dining. If golf is your passion, enjoy any of the six golf courses on the Island, including the world-renowned Golf Club of Amelia Island and the Ocean Links at Amelia Island Plantation. The charming and historic village of Fernandina offers world-class restaurants, unique shopping experiences, specialty boutiques, and an endless array of activities.

Second Time Around!

We've fallen even harder for this condo, building, and island! The view is so captivating, the two rainy days were still beautiful. During our two-week stay, we enjoyed the beach, A. L. Lewis Museum, Burney Park, and the bike path. Will rebook for next year.

This property was absolutely wonderful. The moment you walk in you have breathtaking views of the ocean. The property is super clean and is stocked with everything you need. MAGNIFIQUE!

We are a mature well traveled couple who totally enjoyed our 5 night stay. This condo is in a great ocean front location with magnificent views. Found it sparkling clean, VERY comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Online photos and description are accurate. Beautiful condo!

This property is just as beautiful as the photos in the listing! It was so clean and spacious. The location was perfect with a gorgeous ocean view. We were able to see all sorts of creatures on the dunes and dolphins from the condo balcony and living room. The kitchen was well equipped, and the condo had plenty of everyday necessities like toilet paper and soap.

Lovely Property and so easy

The property was beautifully decorated, very clean and had a gorgeous view. The weather did not cooperate so we were not able to use the pool or tennis courts but they were very nice. The host made the access to the gate and the condo so easy. The location was perfect - right near the Ritz. We will definitely come back.

We have been staying at Amelia S&R for over 15 years. We have stayed in our share of condos and this is our 2nd time in this unit. We love it. I do not have a negative thing to say. I appreciate a condo that stays up to date and is clean. Communication was great with the owners. We hopefully will be able to book this unit again next year if everyone doesn't beat us to it! And if you beat us..... you won't be disappointed!

My father lives nearby and we visit regularly. We fell in love with the area after the first time we visited. Amelia Island is a very special place, filled with amazing beauty, history, culture, and plenty of fine dining and boutique shopping.
