Never met the host!!! He never delivered items that were missing from the what was supposed to be after promising many times.As a host not helpful you either do what you say you are supposed to do or don’t say you will.No information from host regarding checking out.I will be looking for a partial refund for the total inconvenience caused.

Schöne Anlage und netter Gastgeber

Ich habe hier 5 Wochen verbracht und war rund um zufrieden. Vorallem der schöne Blick aufs Meer und auf die Berge rund um Playa del Cura hat diese Ferienwohnung besonders reizvoll gemacht. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super, er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sehr schnell auf meine Anfragen reagiert. Auch als es ein Problem mit der Zahlung über die Buchungsplatform gab, hat er mir unkompliziert den Betrag wieder erstattet. Würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed and in a great location: very close to the supermarket, bar, resturants and the beach, adjacent to a main route bus stop and taxi rank. The complex is immaculately kept and very quite.

Un appartamento dentro un resort piccolo e in una zona tranquilla, con servizi essenziali e piccola piscina esterna. La pulizia un po' approssimativa. Presenti phon, macchina per caffè americano, bollitore e batteria da cucina completo. Casa confortevole, bisognosa di qualche opera di ripristino nella doccia e letto piccolo. Miguel puntuale nelle risposte alle email. Bene per brevi soggiorni. Playa del cura poco affollata, zona tranquilla. Girare l'isola è consigliato.

A well equipped apartment with short way to restaurants, shops, farmacia and buses. There is always a bus going. Our stay was 8 weeks.and we did not miss anything. We should like to go back another time ....

Leider war der Vermieter nicht erreichbar, W-LAN funktionierte nicht!

Der Blick vom Balkon ist super, wenn man die stark befahrene Straße, die direkt vor dem Haus liegt, außer acht lässt. Der sehr schöne Strand ist sehr nah, leider gibt es hier jedoch keine Toilette. Der Vermieter hatte den Schlüssel hinterlegt, war aber die ganze Woche nicht erreichbar! Zum Glück hatten wir nur Probleme mit dem W-LAN, das gar nicht funktioniert mit 3 Handys und dem I-Pad. Der Kühlschrank war dreckig und roch streng nach Fisch, auch die Dusche hat die beste Zeit schon hinter sich! Restaurants sind in laufnähe, auch ein SPAR ist Gleichung Eck!

appartement difficilement accessible pour personne ne supportant pas les escaliers qui sont nombreux appartement très bien placé mais la chambre donne sur le garage d'un grand et souvent beaucoup de bruit dès 5 heures du matin Par ailleurs pas d'occultation de la lumière pour dormir beaucoup de lampes exterieures sont allumées. équipement cuisine parfait machine à laver le linge seche cheveux Wifi non disponible contrairement à ce que l'on croyait et clim ne fonctionne pas Difficulté à l'arrivée pour récupérer les clés, le numéro à contacter est arrivé trop tard sur notre mail , résidence completement fermée et pas d'accueil à 20 heures heure d'arrivée annoncée. Mais néanmoins vacances réussies merci

Nice apartment with beautiful view to the area.

The ad describes well how the apartment is equipped and the area it is in. It was clean and pleasant in the apartment. Shower cabinet was somewhat worn and can be successfully replaced. The landlord is a wonderfully nice man who does what he can to ensure that the tenant should have it the best possible during their stay. I would definitely recommend others to rent this apartment. There are a lot of stairs at the access to the apartment, but that was no problem for us. Movistar, who delivered the WiFi, had big trouble in the area, so it was very slow and frustrating. We presume that it will be better when Movistar gets better signals.

Fin leilighet med vakker utsikt i stille område.

Annonsen beskriver godt hvordan leiligheten er utstyrt og området den ligger i. Det var rent og trivelig i leiligheten. Dusjkabinettet var noe slitt og kan med hell skiftes ut. Utleier er en fantastisk hyggelig mann som gjør hva han kan for at leietaker skal ha det best mulig under oppholdet. Jeg vil absolutt anbefale andre å leie denne leiligheten. Det er mye trapper ved adkomst til leiligheten og det var upraktisk å få tildelt bare ett sett med nøkler, men vi løste det på et vis.

Excelente alojamiento para parejas en el Sur

El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. La localización es muy buena si deseas estar alejado de las zonas más turísticas de la isla. Playa del Cura a 5 minutos andando de buena calidad y con sitio para estar (por lo menos en Agosto). Algún pequeño defecto por el uso que Miguel Angel nos agradeció que se lo dijeramos para poderlo subsanar. (Portarollo del WC, tablas de un armario,...). MUY RECOMENDABLE TANTO POR EL SITIO COMO POR EL ANFITRION

Entspannende Tage zwischendurch

* Wer ein ruhiges Domizil sucht, ist hier richtig. * Wer einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den Atlantik sucht , ist hier richtig * Wer preiswert in der Nähe von Amadores eine Unterkunft sucht, ist hier richtig. * Das Appartment ist voll ausgestattet und bietet 2 Erwachsenen + einem Vorschulkind ausreichend Platz. - Deutsche Fernsehsender gibt es nicht (kein Satellitenempfang). - Zum Einbausafe gibt es leider keinen Schlüssel Wer die Anzahl von Treppen immer wieder rauf und runter in dieser Appartmentanlage nicht scheut, dem bietet das Appartment von Miguel alles um einen erholsamen ruhigen Urlaub abseits vom Trubel der Insel zu erleben. Abseits bedeutet aber nicht aus der Welt. Mit dem Bus (vor der Haustür) steht einem im 20 Min.-Takt die gesamte Südküste zur Verfügung. Wir wünschen Miguel alles Gute für die Zukunft und weitehin viel Erfolg

Vacaciones maravillosas

Apartamento perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. La zona muy tranquila con una playa de arena volcánica a 4 min andando. Proximo a zonas turisticas como Puerto Mogan o la playa de Amadores. El apartamento posee todo lo necesario y Miguel Angel nos facilito todo lo necesario para nuestro bebe, trona, cuna y hasta un robot de cocina... Las vistas desde la terraza impresionantes Gracias a Miguel Angel por unas vacaciones estupendas!

Un mes maravilloso!

It is a very nice flat. It has everything you need, and Miguel is very helpful. The bed is nice, the shower too. The balcony is good size some 2,5x3,5m and it is high up with nobody on top and at the far end of the complex Jardin Paraiso, so it is very quiet. When there is holiday or even weekends the complex is more inhabited and more vivid,but you wont be disturbed. There are some stairs so if you have any problems legs and joints, this might not be advisable. And our dog also had a good time. The complex is very clean and safe with locked gates. Fantastico la vista!

It was a very nice place. Its clean and has all the necessitys. The terass-balcony is high up with very nice view, its big enough to have both table and a sunbed. Since it has brickwall all around, you are protected by wind and neibours dont see you. Very nice privacy. Since it is high up at the end of the complex, you get very little problem with noice. At weekends and holidays it gets more lively down by the pool mostly. There are many stairs and steps, so if you have a legproblem this is not good for you. If not it is good excercise. We had our little dog and it all was very good for him. Easy to rent a car. There is no problem with parking. We used Cicar. They deliver at the door. Very good! We will certainly come back to Miguel, who is a very nice owner. He is so willing to help with whatever need you might have. Very responsible! Best of Luck, Susanne and Milan

Playa del Cura

During two weeks in November 2013, we rented this apartment. The apartment is so fresh and nice, great kitchen with appliances and a good bathroom with washing machine. Good balcony with nice furniture and wonderful sea views. Close to the beach and the small business center which has a good Spar shop and with some good restaurants.
