Your Beach House in Paradise
Casa Que Pasa is a modern, California-style beach home perched on a private 2-acre hillside, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounded by lush tropical greenery.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests:
• Main Level (Upper Floor): 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
• Lower Level (Ground Floor): 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a sitting area, and laundry room.
Please note: The two levels are connected by an exterior staircase only — there is no interior access between floors, offering added privacy for your group.
Note: There are exterior security cameras. Two on the side of the house facing the driveway, and one facing the deck and pool area.

The house is fully stocked with everything you need, including:

• Ceiling fans in every room and air conditioning in all three bedrooms

Each floor features a wide overhang balcony, offering 180-degree ocean views through mature trees and tropical foliage. The open design and ceiling fans invite a natural breeze throughout, creating a peaceful, airy atmosphere — perfect for relaxing in this coastal sanctuary.

Out front, enjoy the plunge pool and terrace, perfect for cooling off on a warm day or taking a moonlit dip.

A short, one-minute walk brings you to two quiet, rugged beaches — ideal for beachcombing, shell collecting, or soaking in the view. While they’re not suited for swimming, they offer tidal pools for a refreshing dip when the tide is low.
For a picture-perfect beach day, Playa Carrillo is just 5 minutes away by car. Frequently ranked among the top beaches in the world, Playa Carrillo features calm turquoise waters, golden sand, and gentle waves — perfect for swimming, surfing, or a morning walk along its 2 km stretch of coastline.

Explore the Wild Side at Playa Camaronal
A 15-minute drive brings you to Playa Camaronal, a stunning volcanic sand beach with powerful surf and untamed beauty. At the edge of the shore, you’ll find the Camaronal Wildlife Refuge, a protected nesting site for several species of sea turtles, including Olive Ridley, Green, and Leatherback. Depending on the season, you might even witness turtles nesting — a truly unforgettable experience.
