The apartment is in a perfect location with a large terrace overlooking the pool area and the open sea to views behind and the dream island of Gozo. The secured and enclosed developmentIs next to the sea and a 10 minute walk to the largest sandy beach on Malta: Ghadira Bay. The development is an exclusive haven of tranquility ideal for a relaxing holiday. Facilities available nearby, include a full range of water sports: water skiing, wake boarding, sailing, wind surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. The sandy beach is ideal for children with a long gradual decline. Other facilities nearby, include Popeye's Village (used in the filming of the movie) and horse riding. There are many restaurants, bars and shops at the beach arrea and in the nearby villages of Mellieha and Bugibba. Spacious, well appointed gem

Three generous bedrooms and bathrooms, multiple balconies and spacious cooking, living and dining. This flat, at the top of the Tad Sellum development is super for visiting the North of Malta and Gozo. It is set on a fairly steep hill but a lift, cheap Uber and speedy grocery delivery services render it accessible even during a heatwave. The air con in each room is very effective. The pool is also clean and not heavily used so great for cooling off. Definitely coming back!

Beautiful apartment

This really is a very lovely apartment. The description and pictures do not really do it justice! it is very clean and all the rooms are large. The apartment is very well equipped and there were loads of towels etc. The pool (2 floors below) was perfect for our teenage children. The views from the balcony are exactly as in the pictures, and the beach really is just a 10 minute walk. We found some excellent places to eat in Mellieha. I would highly recommend Mellieha and this property in particular.

Wonderful stay June 2024

This is a fantastic apartment; spacious, modern, extremely well-equipped, immaculately clean. It had everything you could possibly think you might need for a stay, a real home from home. The pool at the block where the apartment in was very quiet and the local Ghadira beach is only a short walk away. This is a lovely gentle sandy beach, with clear water. Yes, the local roads leading to the apartment are a little steep in places so if you struggle with mobility then some adjustments might be needed but it was fine for us and very quiet also. From the start of the booking the communications from Brian (property manager) were fantastic. He was always ready to help with any information we might need ahead of arrival. He even kindly offers transportation to and from the airport if needed and during this he pointed out key local facilities. During the stay he was attentive by messaging to see if everything was ok or if we needed any assistance, but this was done unobtrusively so was very welcome. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. In fact, when we return to Malta soon, this will be where I am looking to rebook.

Apartment with a view

A very large apartment of 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It was very well stocked and extremely clean. Although there were only 2 of us, it was suitable for 3 couples or a family with 4 children. The pool was great in the afternoon after a day at the beach. Perfect!!

We just bought this lovely apartment as we love Malta with so much History and a mix of Culture and very friendly people. The property is one of the top developments in Malta, superb location next to the sea and sandy beach, watersports, very good restaurants, closed safe area with security guards and swimmingpools.
