Welcome to SerenFrippity, a comfortable island retreat located just one house from the beach access boardwalk leading to one of Fripp Island's most beautiful stretches of shoreline.

Leave the car parked and enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to the beach whenever you like. No searching for parking spaces, hauling beach gear long distances, or planning your day around a drive to the beach. Come and go as often as you wish.

Spend your days enjoying uncrowded beaches, fishing, boating, shelling, biking, or simply relaxing by the ocean. Spend your evenings wandering the beach under endless stars. With beach access just steps away, it's easy to return home for lunch, a nap, or forgotten items and be back on the sand in minutes.

Fripp Island is a wildlife sanctuary where deer roam freely, dolphins play offshore, and over 170 species of birds can be observed throughout the island. Depending on the season, you may even witness Loggerhead sea turtles nesting or hatching on the beach.

The main house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 9 guests. For larger groups, a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house located just behind the main house may be rented for an additional fee.

Whether you're seeking a family beach vacation, a fishing getaway, or a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, SerenFrippity provides an ideal location just steps from the sand.
