The English writer Lawrence had a point when described the impact that everyone has seeing for the first time this charming city.

The CAVALLERS flat is placed right on the top of the Sardinian capital, 140 meters from the Cathedral, in the medieval Castello quarter.

The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building, recently remodeled with high quality finishes and adapted to modern comfort requirements (lift, underfloor heating in the winter, fan coil cooling in the summer).

WiFi is available throughout the whole accommodation. Bed linen, towels and other facilities are provided by the host.

Spaces are as follows:

LIVING ROOM with EQUIPPED KITCHEN. In this environment you can comfortably relax on the couch or on a 70's leather armchair, prepare and consume your own meals, perhaps accompanying them with a glass of sardinian wine or a cool bottle of beer, and look out onto the Via Canelles from the balcony whereas you listen to a vinyl record. Guests can use the kitchen appliances (hob, oven, microwave, mixer) and everything they need to prepare their meals. The kitchen is also equipped with a washing machine.

MEZZANINE. This space can be used both as a study/work area, in view of the presence of a desk, and as an additional relaxation area. The second sofa of the flat can be used for this purpose or, if there are more than two guests, opened and transformed into a French size bed (140x190 cm). Reading lovers will find a variety of books, while those who want to watch a movie or one of their favorite tv series on a 100-inch screen can send them to the beamer from their smartphone or notebook. This can be done with the HDMI cable (if you have such a port in your device) or by means of the supplied Chromecast device, using your own Netflix account or other Chromecast compatible applications.

BEDROOM. Spacious, comfortable and bright, with a lovely balcony and a large window, this corner bedroom has a standard size double bed (160x190 cm). The Art déco furniture present in this room is composed by two bedside tables, a dressing table with three mirrors and a large wardrobe. From the balcony of this room you can sit on a chair and enjoy the view of the street and the intersection with Vico Martini. A Full HD LED TV and a 50's portable record player are located on a desk.

BATHROOM. The bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and ventilation fan is equipped with hairdryer. Bath and shower towels will be provided for all the guests.
