It is on the fourth floor with a lift and a reserved parking space.
the residence is surrounded by greenery thanks to a large private park.
inside the park there are 2 swimming pools 1 for children 1 for adults, a play area for children and a tennis court. For swimming pools use of headphones mandatory.

Die ganze Anlage, somit auch diese Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen .Aber sehr gut gepflegt. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Da bereits Nebensaison war, waren wenig Gäste in der Anlage. Für uns als Hundebesitzer war es sehr angenehm.Aus dem Fenster konnten wir das Meer und Loretosehen.

Complesso meraviglioso con un bellissimo parco piscine parco giochi campi da tennis ben tenuto e curato. Casa con tutto quello che serve e anche di più. la proprietà ha messo a disposizione ogni cosa possibile dal lettino per il nipotino seggiolone aspirapolvere ventilatore ombrellone da viaggio giochi per la spiaggia insomma qualunque cosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consigliato

Una vacanza a misura di famiglia

L'appartamento è a pochi passi dal mare e in un complesso residenziale con una comoda piscina immersa nella pineta. Perfetto per chi, come noi, ha bimbi piccoli e vuole dimenticarsi della macchina. Stanze comode e una bella vista sul mare.

Posto davvero bellissimo! Ottimo per le famiglie. Appartamento come da descrizione, molto pulito e non manca nulla! Sono presenti ombrellone, un lettino, seggiolone e vasino per i bambini. la residenza fa parte di un complesso privato che oltre ad esser molto ben tenuto offre parcheggio privato, parco, parco giochi e piscina (con cuffia) per adulti e bambini. Comoda la posizione, vicinissima la spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata. Molto disponibili e simpatici i proprietari. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!
