With parking to the front and spacious rooms inside this makes a perfect base for those visiting Durham.

To the second floor is the master bedroom with walk in dressing area and ensuite shower room. There is also the double bedroom and third bedroom with 2 single beds and door way leading through to the family bathroom. The bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway. To the front of the property is driveway leading to single garage providing ample parking.
