This newly renovated apartment features modern décor combined with original wooden beams and exposed stone walls. It has an open-plan kitchen and a dining area.

There are 3 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living room with 2 single sofa beds, as well as 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee maker and a kettle.

The apartment is located in one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Barcelona, in the district of San Pedro and the Ribera, better known as El Born.

The building provides an elevator and a communal rooftop terrace, open every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wonderful stay in a prime location

My friends & I enjoyed this very well-appointed, well-located apartment. We found great coffee, restaurants & shopping in the immediate vicinity & were delighted to be within 5min walk of the Aire Ancient Baths.

Although the apartment looks exactly as it does in the photos, and was nice and clean, we unfortunately did not enjoy our stay as much as we could have due to the place being extremely hot. We were told at check in that the AC sometimes doesn’t work very well, so they supplied us with a portable unit in the main sitting area. As we first walked in, the apartment felt nice and cool in that main room. However we quickly realized that none of the bedrooms were getting any of that cool air. None of our group of 6 adults was able to sleep at all, which greatly affected our trip.I’m sad to be writing this, but I don’t want future travelers to be unaware, as we were. Although it was our fault for not complaining during our stay (in hindsight, I’m thinking we should have, as maybe the situation could have been fixed), we were disappointed that we weren’t offered any sort of credit after checkout, after we told the owner how greatly this affected our stay. It was one of the more expensive apartments we had looked at, and we feel as though we greatly overpaid. So if you’re someone that feels air conditioning is a necessity, I would avoid this rental.

The portable unit provided is an additional feature, especially useful during exceptionally warm periods such as this summer in Barcelona, and is intended to provide extra cooling when needed. During your stay, we received no message or call regarding any issue with the temperature. We offer 24-hour phone support and are personally available every day from 10am to 5pm, located on the ground floor of the same building. Had we been informed, we would have been happy to assist immediately and look for a solution. Excellent stay in the heart of the Born

Contemporary, clean, quiet apartment with lots of natural light. Excellent location in the heart of the Born neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend!

Great Location

We enjoyed two wonderful days in Barcelona at Deco Apartments before our cruise. The overall experience was wonderful and the apartment was perfect for our group of 8. Perfect location. Our only small complaint was the terrace was only open until 5 pm but other than that fantastic.

A great apartment in a great location!

The apartment was everything we expected and that was presented in the listing. It was large with enough room for our family of five to spread out and very comfortable. You can't beat the location - it is centrally located and within easy walking distance to everything while being in a quiet, tucked away street. It was easy to check-in and to check out as well. Great stay and we'll be back!

Great location and amazing apartment

This was the second time we've stayed here and everything from check-in to check-out was easy. Communication with the manager was smooth and they were extremely professional and responsive.The apartment itself is so relaxing and an amazing place to come back to after days out exploring. Centrally located - walkable to so many things; super clean and updated in design; welcoming and comfortable for our family of 5. This is where we'll stay every visit to Barcelona!

Very nice propert in a great location. Our onl concern was with the air conditioner which was not consistent providing coll air.

On a pas eu l appartement choisi... c en était un autre. Ce dernier était bien malgré tout. Faudrait juste préciser qu il peut y avoir un appartement équivalent à notre choix!
