Our Deluxe three-bedrooms apartment have parquet floors, wooden beams and slab of clay in the ceilings. This air-conditioned apartment has 2 twin rooms and 1 double room, as well as 2 bathrooms. Its kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher among other cookware. There is a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and a dining area.
Barcelona tourist tax is of €9,35 /adult/night . It is mandatory to show ID/Passports upon arrival or before.

It is a very good apartment, spacious, clean, will all you need. I can highly recommend it especially for bigger group that want to have comfortable stay. Beds are incredibly comfortable, kitchen is very well equipped, there are all amenities that you can need: iron, washing machine, dishwasher, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Location is very good, near a lot of bars, restaurants, stores and all main attractions. You can store your luggage in the office in the same building from 10:00-17:00 if you need.

The apartment and the location were nice. We arrived a bit early but there was an option for us...
The apartment and the location were nice. We arrived a bit early but there was an option for us to leave our luggage at the office which is located in the same building as the apartment. Since we planned to use our time for sightseeing and we would have arrived back to the building after the end of the work time of the office, the hosts offered us to move our luggage to the room for us and it was indeed there when we came back in the evening.

MAL TRATO Y ABUSO CON LA FIANZA
La ubicación y el apartamento está bien. El trato por parte de Deco Apartments deja mucho que desear. Lo primero de todo es que nos indicaron que el check out era a las 12h, nuestra sorpresa fue cuando a las 10h nos abrió la puerta el personal de limpieza. En cuanto a la fianza de 200€ después de reclamarla, nos han dicho que no van a proceder a la devolución porque supuestamente hicimos ruido y había una mancha de ceniza en una mesa exterior.

Lamentamos que su estancia no haya sido la esperada, como le informamos al principio de la reserva el tema de ruidos está totalmente prohibido, disponemos de sensores de ruido que nos informan cuando se sobre pasa el nivel permitido por legislación de la ciudad. Usted pudo ver el informe porque se lo enviamos, y también las pruebas de la mesa exterior.
Antes de hacer alguna penalización siempre enviamos las pruebas correspondientes, ya que nuestra intención no es engañar a nuestros clientes, al contrario, siempre estamos dispuestos a ayudarles, pero en este caso usted no respeto las normas.
