Owls Roost is a smart Devon cottage on a traditional Exmoor farm near the coastal village of Combe Martin. The cottage sleeps six people in three en suite bedrooms over two levels. On the top floor is a sitting room with electric fire and a kitchen with dining area and balcony. Outside is a hot tub in an outbuilding and a lawn garden with furniture and barbecue. Just two miles from the village and three miles from the beach, Owls Roost is a friendly cottage for a relaxing Devon break.

Amenities: Central heating with electric fires. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, Cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, Off road parking for three cars. Barbecue, hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: Hot tub is available until 8pm or later by arrangement and is closed on Thursdays. Note: Electric vehicles cannot be charged at this property. Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly.
