Just 4 km from Sestri Levante, charming ground floor accommodation with elegant finishes, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower and living room with a spacious kitchen overlooking a delightful terrace with barbecue and Jacuzzi (service available from 01/06/2019 AL30 / 10/2019). Air conditioning / heating only on request: € 5 per day to be paid locally. Located a few steps from the center of Casarza Ligure in a quiet area, convenient to all services and shops, free public parking at 30 m.
The famous beaches of Sestri Levante (4 Km) can be reached in 7 minutes by car / bus or by bicycle through the wonderful cycle path (10 min).
The "Cinque Terre", Portofino, Camogli, but in general the Ligurian Riviera can be easily visited by train and the station is only 7 minutes by bus / car.
Inland, it is interesting to visit Varese Ligure in Val di Vara, the so-called biological valley. In addition, the paths for trekking and mountain bikers are of inestimable beauty.

Très très bonne communication avec Nicola ( ponctuel le garçon ! ) et sa famille !!!! Grazie pour le pesto . La description de l'appartement est conforme à l'annonce sans surprise donc ! La gentillesse des gens du village est sans faille aussi bien à la boulangerie qu'au bar du coin ( Grazie Francesco ! ) Facile d'accès pour les plages et le parc des cinq terres . Sestri est une ville agréable où il fait bon se prommener en journée et en soirée !!! Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de nos premières vacances en Italie. Grazie mille

sehr schöne Fewo, güstig gelegen

Nicolas Fewo ist sehr schön eingerichtet, v.a. der Schrank im Schlafzimmer macht richtig was her! Bei unseren Kids war das Jaccusi sehr beliebt, obwohl wir es nicht so oft betreiben konnten (es heizt nur wenige Grad über Außentemperatur, wir waren immer erst abends in der Ferienwohnung und da haben wir das Jaccusi auf max. 28°c bekommen, da es außen so kühl war haben wir schnell gefroren). Man ist schnell am Strand und an interessanten Orten in der Umgebung. Einzig negativ erscheint uns die etwas mangelhafte Ausstattung an Artikeln wie Spülmaschinentaps, Spülmittel, Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier... so etwas ist in südlichen Ländern in Ferienwohnungen einfach eher seltener vorhanden. Wichtig zu erwähnen finde ich, dass wir trotz rarer Parkplätze eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz bekommen haben. Wir können diese Fewo sehr empfehlen.

Tolles Appartment, tolle Umgebung!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Appartment ist wirklich toll!! Sauber, ordentlich und super schön eingerichtet. Das Highlight war eindeutig der Whirlpool. Wir haben es sehr genossen abends draußen zu sitzen, zu Grillen oder im whirlpool zu relaxen. Die Lage ist optimal. Keine Touris, ruhig gelegen,dafür kleine regionale Läden(Bäckerei,Obst,Gemüse....). Man ist in nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus in Sestri Levante wo man super toll essen kann und der Strand sehr schön ist. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaubsort! Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen :) Nicola und seine Familie ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Vielen dank für die tolle Woche :)

Nice property, not top location

+ Nice apartment, good size and equipment, helpful hosts. Nice rear garden to spend your evenings (or days if inclined to stay in). Location is in a village where everybody seems to know everybody - a bit of local colour. With a car it shouldn't be any problem to reach the attractions. - The only odd thing was that we were charged extra for the A/C. One of the reasons we chose this property was the A/C (as we do not tolerate the heat very well), and nothing was specified in the advert but on arrival we have been informed that it is an extra charge for it. We would have paid for it anyway, but it would be nice to be informed beforehand.

Dear host, I hope you enjoyed staying in our flat, you have been our first host. Free services are: -Wi-Fi -bubble deluxe hot tub Services not included in the price: -air-conditioning ( a small fee is required for this service) : as you mentioned the fee it didn't appear in the advert so I called the customer service explaining the problem and they told me I specified the price of air-conditioning in service offered in the section " flat characteristics " and the note about air-conditioning where there was write the price for day can appear or not in function of the browser used. They also told me that the right section to write the price is "Rules of the flat " so I will remedy about this misunderstanding. I'm sorry about it because if you had told me about this problem I would exceptionally have given you the air-conditioning for free. Overall I would thanks you because through your review I can improve the service I supply to my hosts. Best regards Nicola
