Detached house (100m2) on one level with garden, in a quiet area, located at the foot of a hill planted with olive trees with panoramic views of the village and the surrounding peaks including the Ventoux. House located 8 minutes walk from the center of the town. Three large bay windows, a large bright living room of 50m2 overlooking a wooden balcony surrounding the house. Large bathroom, 2 large bedrooms, plus a smaller one with a mezzanine. Outside, a lawn area bordered by lavender, rosemary and majestic lime trees offering shade and freshness. At the rear, orchards, olive trees and broom.
