Luxury Villa Gama Prestige with Pool

The Luxury Villa GamaPrestige has a big infinity pool and a sundeck equipped with beach chairs. Here you can relax, read a book and enjoy the stillness. The villa features a barbecue and outdoor dining area which are ideal for spending time in the summer evenings with your loved ones.
The villa has a modern living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed >180 cm and an extra bed per room. The third bedroom has a queen size bed.
The bathrooms are en-suite and private for rooms 2 and 3. Both bathrooms have a rain shower and one of them has a bathtub as well.
Brač is well known for its beautiful beaches and one of them is Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape) which has a unique shape of a wave.
Pets (up to 15 kg) are allowed on request and with a surcharge. Please note that one parking space is provided in the garage free of charge, and in case of arrival with two cars, one parking space is paid for.

Perfekt

Die Lage von dem Haus war Perfekt, ganz nah am Meer und hatte einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Schade das die Restaurants nich ein bisschen näher an dem Haus ist, wir könnten nicht so viel, wegen den Kindern laufen.

Lovely location

We had two weeks in the house and really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need, especially air con (there was a heatwave whilst we there). The owner, was always available when needed and was so helpful and welcoming. The outside space is great - especially the terrace for chilling out. The location is lovely - a couple of minutes’ walk to small village. Sutivan is really nice - not overly touristy like some of the other places. Overall, really enjoyed our stay here - Brac is beautiful. We hired a car and explored the island - definitely worth doing, and the roads are good.

Wonderful holiday

Thoroughly enjoyable days in Sutivan, the villa is absolutely superb. Luxurious, near the beach and very modern. We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Gama Prestige and would definitely recommend it to anybody looking to experience high luxury service combined with great hospitality! We will be back next year again!

Wonderful vacation

We spent wonderful week in this luxurious villa on island Brac. Our host were more than helpful in accommodating us and helping us with everything we need. The proximity of small town Sutivan with some great restaurants was a great plus. We will be back again!

Wonderful location

The interior and exterior of the villa is absolutely superb and completely exceeded our expectations. The villa is modernly furnished with attention to details. It is a very short walk to town and was a great base for exploring Brac or the other islands nearby. Would highly recommend.

Great vacation.

This house has everything you need and more! We didn’t even get to use all of the amenities, but everything was top notch. The beds were super comfortable. The pool was nice to come home to and chill off Very good restaurants in near by town (5 minute walk). Brac island was a great island to explore. Many towns should not be missed that are all within 20-50 minutes drive. Many hidden beaches everywhere. We will certainly be back! I highly recommend renting this house! You’ll love it.

Great location

The house is just a short walk from the picturesque village of Sutivan. Great location. Close to the store for groceries. Pool area was nice, relaxing with the kids close by in the pool. Spent evenings on the terrace watching the surrounding lights and star gazing. Memorable experience!
