Large and bright studio apartment with kitchenette, based in the basement of a brand new building and therefore does not have a veranda or sea view, the property is supplied with photovoltaic and thermosolar energy, set in a lush context of Mediterranean scrub.

Although the studio apartment is located in the basement it is still very bright, spacious and extremely functional and strategically equipped in a new building just a few minutes from the wonderful beaches of Cala Gonone, the market, the bar, the emergency medical service and the town centre.

The environment is structured as follows: large kitchenette with kitchen utensils and microwave oven, dining table with 4 chairs, 1 double bed with large wardrobe, bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, 1 small table with two wooden chairs outside the study , no barbecue. External parking space, there are free unattended parking spaces even in high season. We do not accept pets.

Perfect location and great hosts!

We moved from Cala Gonone to Olbia mid trip and wish we would’ve just booked this property the whole time. You’re close enough to so many wonderful places and Cala Gonone is a neat little town with decent food options.

Very nice

Clean, quiet, beautiful views of the sea and mountains, five minutes by car from the sea, supermarket and downtown.
