The villa, on the first floor, has a large living room with sofa bed for 2 people, separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, TV, washing machine, microwave, Air conditioning (with supplement), pets allowed (with supplement).

At the entrance, a security deposit of € 100.00 will be requested, which will be returned upon return of the keys.

Additional costs, only if you request:
Final cleaning to be paid by the customer, if required €. 50.00.
Air conditioning: (if requested) €. 8.00 per day for the days of use.
Bed linen: €. 5,00 per person per change.
Baby bed: €. 3.00 per day.
Pets: €. 3.00 per day
