WI-FI IS FREE for our Guest in Reception (Viale Stati Uniti d'America 32. Lido delle Nazioni).

Villa just mt. 350 from the sea, convenient to shops. Quiet area a few minutes walk from the pedestrian area about mt. 1000 from Piazza Italia to Lido delle Nazioni.

Completely on the ground floor with corner garden.
Composed of living room with sofa bed and kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer, complete with pots, dishes, etc. , iron and ironing board, large double bedroom + single bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, new bathroom with shower.
Large covered patio with barbecue for those who want to dine outdoors.
Equipped with 32 inch LCD TV, washing machine, air conditioning with heat pump, hairdryer, safety gates, mosquito nets, high fence around the perimeter.
Free internal parking space also for 2 cars.

We inform you that there are no bed linen and towels
It is possible to rent them.

Ein schöner Urlaub am Meer

Perfekte Lage: In 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gerade um die Ecke. Grundsätzlich ruhige Lage, allerdings war das ständige Hundegebelle aus der Nachbarwohnung nervtötend. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Erholsamer Urlaub

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und doch nahe am herrlichen Sandstrand (frei oder mit mietbaren Sonnenschirmen und Liegen). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse und der Garten mit Autostellplatz (alles umzäunt), geben auch Kindern wertvollen Freiraum zum Spielen. Der Vermieter, Herr Ferroni, war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt und können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Toll waren auch die Ausflüge nach Comacchio und zum Fischerhafen Porto Garibaldi.
