The villa "CLUB" is located in one of the greenest, quietest and most exclusive areas of the Lido delle Nazioni, characterized by the presence of houses all on the ground floor - single floor - with large gardens on three sides in an elegant context.

The completely renovated villa consists of a bright living room where there is a sofa bed and a dining area.
The adjoining separate kitchen with fitted kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kitchen battery, iron and ironing board.
The sleeping area consists of hallway, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single bed, spacious bathroom with shower.
The villa is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite antenna, washing machine, air conditioning with heat pump, safety gates and fly screens.
A beautiful covered patio furnished with outdoor furniture awaits you for outdoor dining in complete freedom. A portable barbecue is available for free.
High fence with protective hedge for privacy around the perimeter and high gate to enjoy the sunny garden along with some sun loungers and parasol.
Internal free parking space.
Distance from the beach of the Lidi Ferraresi mt. 600.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr schön und der Garten sehr großzügig, so dass man auch ohne Strand sehr gut chillen kann. Ob der doch hohe Preis gerechtfertigt ist, darüber kann man sicherlich streiten. Mehr als 2 Kinder sollte man aber bei dem kleinen "Kinderzimmer" nicht planen. Und dass es im Garten sehr stachlige Samen im Rasen gab, wäre für Kinder ein K.O.-Kriterium (Schlappen an den Füßen schafften Abhilfe...)! Satellitenfernsehen ist zwar vorhanden, aber ohne deutschsprachige Sender. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert dagegen einwandfrei! Die Lage ist insgesamt gut, die Erreichbarkeit des kleinen, aber gut sortieren Supermarkts sogar sehr gut! Strandentfernung 10-15 min.

Gute Unterkunft mit toller Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gut gelegen. Gut ist, dass die Fenster Mückennetze haben. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super und Brötchen kann man morgens im kleinen Supermarkt auch zu Fuß besorgen. Der Strand ist sehr sauber in der Region.

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Dusche war hervorragend, was ja in Italien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Agentur) war super problemlos. Kurze Wege zum Strand und Restaurants.
