Our house with garden and pool is ideally located for a pleasant stay and discover Montpellier! You have all the necessary comfort (air conditioning, barbecue weber, wifi ...)
It is located in a very quiet street in the famous arceaux district (10min walk from the historic center, 2min from the tram that takes you to the beach and 15 minutes drive from the airport).
All shops at the end of the street (pharmacy, butcher, tobacco, grocery, restaurant, organic market on Tuesday and Saturday morning ...)

The house has a safety gate for the pool.

The house has a master suite on the ground floor with a king size bed and bathroom with walk-in shower in polished concrete.
Kitchen, laundry room, living room, TV corner and WC
Upstairs a bedroom with a single bed, a second with a queensize bed that can be separated into 2 on request and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
We can provide you with a high chair and a cot
Possibility of adding 2 beds in the sofa bed of the TV corner.
