Beautiful house about 200 m (3 min) walk from the beach and a few steps from the center. FREE WI-FI, free parking space in private garage. The house is developed on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has 1 living room kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a large veranda on private area with outdoor shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. Fully furnished and equipped. Park for free and forget the car. You can move on foot or, why not, by bike for a relaxing stay: The perfect location between the sea and the center to spend a holiday in complete tranquility.
You can also appreciate the large and private veranda to spend pleasant moments in which to enjoy the warm sun of Sicily and the cool evening breeze.

Everything was as described. We had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. Location was excellent, short walk to the amazing beach, and close to the city center as well. Antonino was the perfect host from start to finish. Always available to answer any questions and offer suggestions on dining and excursions. We will be returning, San Vito Lo Capo is stunning!

La casa si trova a pochi metri dal mare (5min a piedi) vicini tutti i servizi principali ma non si trova nella zona caotica di San Vito. Pulizia perfetta, ben climatizzata, fornita di ogni confort. Bellissimo lo spazio esterno che è molto ben arredato con poltrone tavolo e sedie. Il proprietario molto disponibile per ogni esigenza. Unico neo l’accesso al box auto ma non è difficile parcheggiare su strada. Il soggiorno tutto sommato è stato piacevole.
